Anyway, he's been in the industry for over two decades and remarked that he's never seen so many both old and young with brain tumors. It looked very much the Ned Kelly part. I asked the guys why the gear and he told me that it was to protect them from the radio waves during testing.

So im not surprised about this.

I have a friend, A concrete contractor with a very large gang, has been doing this for 20yrs. As the biz grew into a mammoth operation with 80 staff, he found himself on the Mobile most of the day sorting logistics, councils and all manner of related discussions via the Ph...he always put Ph to left ear. He was diagnosed with a tumor which started in the left ear and progressed into the left side of the brain. He is now on borrowed time after several procedures including alternative therapys...He will not survive much longer. He along with many are convinced this was caused by his excessive use.

I firmly believe, in the coming years we will see a rise in brain tumors of epidemic proportions...Personally I use one, but I never put it anywhere near my head, I restrain from carring it in my pocket and usually it sits in the car or in a bag.

I have a very close relative in the dental field. They get patients where the dentist finds "growths" in the mouth. Some on the gum area, some on the face tissue but still in the mouth. After x-rays they are often sent to an oral surgeon for further diagnosis and treatment. Tumors sometimes cancerous, sometimes not. She said it is amazing how many times the person who is right handed and you see them talk with the phone on their right side of their face or visa versa for left handers. THATS THE SIDE THE TUMORS ARE ON. In alot of the cases they are non smokers, and rarely ever drink alcohol. She says sometimes they "have" to answer the cell phone during their dental appointment. they say "I'm the boss" or "its a sales call,if I don't take it I'll miss the sale" so she knows they are on their phone alot. One lady who is deceased talked on the phone evenings and weekends "mostly long distance " because on her cell plan those were the "free" hours. Now that she is dead and the family is left emotionally devastated with astronomical medical bills ,I guess the cell minutes are not so free. I think in the next decade we'll see massive amounts of people walking around with distorted mishaped ,scarred faces from surgery. Reconstructive facial surgery from cell phone growths will become a medical specialty field. Just watch. Look how many people hold the phone on their laps as they text, right by their digestive and reproductive organs.all of this is horriffic to the Nth degree.

I remember hearing all about this way back in the 80's when the cell phones first started coming out. The warnings were their in the fine print ;)

I'm with you on this onawah. The only reason why I have one is that work requires me to have it. Even then, I use it more as a rolodex than as a telephone and try to make all my phone calls from the hardline phone in my office. When I quit work (which will be soon), there'll be no more cell phone in my life.

I work in the wireless industry and I worked with two engineers from Motorola who were able to see data from safety testing, they both used wired headsets and always had the phone on their hips, they said the official data was inconclusive but they wore the headsets. :heh:

I found this product GIA Wellness they have good data on its protective properties, how much does it really help I don't know, but I have the devices on my phones and computers.

I am very sencitive to mobile phone radiation and use a headset as well as having a little button thingy to help cut it down. What I find worrying is young children who's skulls are thinner than adults useing mobile phones.

Morguana, interesting paper you need a degree in microbiology to understand it but it seems they have taken ecoli bacteria and then exposed it to various cellular signals, interpreting the data is the tough part, its why the industry has been able to deny an harmful influence for the past 20 years.

I try not to put my phone to my head as much as I can. Its basically a phonebook I can text from. Once I have a new care I plan on going hands free.

From the limited knowledge that I know about MicroWave, both (Phone, MW) are radiation emitter. Usually, MicroWaves are shield to limit the emission. MicroWave usually operate in 2.45 GHz.

I do the same thing. and as far as the kids go, I have notice they are always planted on the cell phones. Either they are talking or texting.
It's not like it was when I was a kid. A majority of these kids have their heads down text "Ever notice that", or talking on their cells. For sure they are more controlled
and or having their minds destroyed. The youth of today are so UNAWARE of their surroundings it's a real same.
