I do indeed think he is a very credible spokesman, and I would say he is part of the drip feed disclosure. Although not a witness himself, afaik.

However he does not take into account with his 2 options, other equally valid reasons for covering up the issue. The fact that they are not necessarily from 'out there', and may be ours or interdimensional; also the question of power/energy v oil industry, if they were from out there.

I guess he is just covering the ministry's denial of the incident, but it would make more sense if he said from 'somewhere' and not specify 'outer space'. Makes it sound like comic book syuff. My personal feelings are the whole Bentwaters incident was a psyop of some sort, I could be very wrong for sure, but the whole thing has too much down to earth detail..........

is striking that so many have been trained observers, such as police officers and
airline or military pilots. Their observations have in many instances.. been
supported either by technical means such as radar or, even more convincingly,
by..interference with electrical apparatus of one sort or another"

Lord Hill-Norton was kept in the dark about the UFO subject during his official
capacities. He was asked by a number of close associates " WHY - as a commander
of the British Defence Forces - AND as a member of N.A.T.O. - do you continually
make statements about UFO's ?" - He states that this subject (UFO's) has great
significance and should no longer be denied and kept secret. He emphatically
states, "That there is a serious possibility that we are being visited - and have been
visited for many years - by people from outer space, from other civilisations" He
goes on to state that we need to find out who they are, where they come from, and
what they want."This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation, and
not the subject of rubbishing by tabloid newspapers."

Peter Horsley did claim to meet an alien called Mr. Janus, who appeared to be
