There are spiritual entities that are able to control the human race, if you are not protected by the Blood of Jesus Christ, you are a target whether you realize it or not...

I like the video, as long as it is true, I will check on my Quran about it - and no, I am not Muslim, those sacred books of many religions were given to me, and I promised not to throw them.
However, the video description tares apart the Muslim religion only, not showing the Christian side of it too. And of course, your title leads to that. It uses their most sacred book to tare the religion apart. What if we were doing that with the bible, how would you feel?
What has to be understood is that all monotheist religions, and most others as well, have the same symbology, including the Christian religion.
So my question is: why to incite hatred of others again while the devil is in our own garden. why not to look at the Christian religions and correct our own before accusing our neighbours. If we were all doing that, there would be no religion war, no money war, and acceptance and love of our neighbours would florish.
Mu, why not bring us the Christian symbology that is the same, to balance your thread.

As Edgar Cayce says, the IDEAL of G*d is universal. The IDEA of G*d changes from culture to country to century. And until humans get it together that EVERY human is our brother, there will be no brotherhood, and we will have ALL fallen short, missed the mark, lacked love, been selfish, greedy, violent, genocidal towards our own family.
Enough to make one weep.

I think there are quite a few wonderful Christian researchers adding SO much value to the TRUTH. Texe Marrs, LA Marzulli, Tom Horn, Steve Quayle, Stew Webb, and Alex Jones are examples of providing us with truth. However, until they get out of the "religion" box they will always have a bias towards their faith.
As Seirra put it so eloquently above, I will stand beside my Muslim, Christian, Jewish (and all other religions) brothers and sisters when the time comes. We must all stand together in this and not throw mud on another's faith without looking at our own religious dogma's first.
I think researcher Jay Weidner said it best when he said WE are the Sons and Daughters of the Dawn...

Really, I mean, we are supposed to respect everyone's aspect of what they learned as the "one God/Creator Sons as in" "Let us make man in our image from Genesis. All the caves point to the presence of some other worldly diety, yet they all "know" of the one Creator and are in search of it?
Idk, all I know is there is and has been for a long time, someone/thing from within, that helps/aids me in not getting into trouble and in helping others, although, I myself, have no money, just advise/solutions. I love the multifaceted environments of all the regions of the world and have a strong interest in oceanic solutions and clean waters.
I don't think after all we've seen the last 10 years, that it is wise to stir the hives of hate or misunderstanding among religions, and another reason, I pray for God Almighty to please reveal, "all" we are to know at this time, and aid us in doing the good works for progress for every being on this earth and every species of life. So many things must be corrected, and "We've only just begun...to live."

Sorry OP, the Allah 666 part is 100% BS.
Daniel Wallace (http://www.reclaimingthemind.org/blog/2009/12/walid-shoebat-youtube-video-on-the-mark-of-the-beast/) posted:
Shoebat’s basis is this: “When I first saw the Codex Vaticanus, I was literally shocked because I could read the text. It was Arabic! … ‘In the name of Allah.’”
But Shoebat did not read Codex Vaticanus. This codex is the famous fourth-century Greek New Testament (and Old Testament) manuscript that ends at Hebrews 9.13. The material added after Heb 9.13 is all in a much later hand. According to the authoritative Kurzgefasste Liste der griechischen Handschriften des Neuen Testaments, 2nd edition (Berlin: Walter de Gruyter, 1994), the supplement (known as codex 1957) was written in the 15th century. What Shoebat saw was not technically Codex Vaticanus but Codex 1957, a text written over a thousand years after Vaticanus.
In his video, he explains how the three Greek letters χξς in Revelation 13.18 are not really Greek at all, but Arabic. On top of the stretch to make the Arabic words fit, there are other severe problems with Shoebat’s claims. As much as some Christians would like for Shoebat’s interpretation to be correct, it fails at many levels.
[...]
...what Shoebat thought he saw was later Arabic forms that did not exist in John’s day based on even later Greek forms that did not exist in John’s day. The chronology for both the Greek being confused for Arabic and the look of the Arabic itself simply won’t work in the first century.
Conspiracy theories tend to move in the realm of the non-falsifiable. They stoke the fires of imagination and fear, and give the uninformed a sense of enablement and mission because they are in the ‘know.’ But such theories are usually unproductive and even self-destructive, unless they are backed up with overwhelming evidence. This one isn’t.

yeah, this was my 666th post. Say it with me. IRONY.
I heard it said during a series of lectures on Christian scholarship (and I am trying to be a Christian philosopher....at some point I hope!) that there are times and points when you cannot say what you believe in the full context of what you believe because it will simply be lost. Mu, although I may agree with the spirit of what you're saying, how you're saying it would be better suited I think for a very specific kind of church setting.
Shoebat has an agenda. Not unlike a lot (ok maybe more than just a lot) people on this planet. The entire point of the Christian faith is to align yourself away from your agenda and focus on God's agenda. When stuff like this comes up on the forum (and I'm seeing a lot more of it lately; or maybe I'm just becoming more sensitive to it, I don't know) all I can think is....you've missed the point.
When you shoot straight it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. They will know and see what you're saying is coming from the truth. People know this instinctually, even if the b.s. detector is so minute because of outside circumstances in our lives.
I don't think about Islam. I have specific reasons why it's not important. From a religious point of view. From a social point of view, or other views of study, it's interesting. What I find discouraging about Shoebat and others that try and pit Judaism against Christianity, or Christianity against Islam, is that they are playing exactly into the forces they're trying to claim to be offering defence against. Which isn't to say I find him and his presentation uninteresting. It's just interesting in a popcorn kind of way. Conspiracy 100. We're supposed to be at the 300-400 level now. ;)
My advice? Turn off your computer, stay away from youtube, and open your Bible. Read the first four books of the New Testament. Read them again.
Define for yourself what the concept of justice means. If unsure, read Plato's Republic. Then find St. Augustine's "City of God" and work through that. If that's too much a monster, "Mere Christianity" by C. S. Lewis.
Define for yourself the concepts of morality. How, as Christians, are we supposed to deal with this kind of thing when we see it? My common sense says when I'm centred really in Christian ideals and spiritual practices, it won't matter. Unless they come knocking on my door with a gun. Then will I die for my faith? I hope so. I don't know if I'd actually have the courage to do that, but I'd hope that I would. There are commonalities in each of the three religions, and there are differences.
The key to connecting to the real message of scripture is connecting with the truth that exists in yourself first. Don't expect to do it in two weeks. See Plato's "Allegory of the Cave" in book 7 of the Republic. I'm afraid most, if not all, of those of you reading with a few exceptions are still seeing the shadows.
(no, not you Flash! LOL)
Sorry for the ramble. Don't get stuck in what matters outside of yourself. What matters isn't outside of yourself anyway!

This video can show us, hate and nescience are self destructive powers with in humans. There is no constructiveness lain on that.

The video states all other religions are satanically inspired including the star of David in the reference. So Judaism is inspired by Satan? What does that say about the old testament and the prophets? Orthodoxy is gonna fall flat on it's face at the second coming.

Always very difficult to resist the face-palm reflex when coming up against sayings such as "Satan's kingdom", "the Devil", "that old serpent, Satan," etc... as declared in the above video.
As I understand it, God is love. If the word satan means the adversary, then satan is the adversary of love, namely fear, but fear is nothing in-and-of itself but simply the lack of love.
In other words, satan, the devil etc... is by definition a non-entity.
It's amazing that "scholars" can display an intellect capable of going down rabbit holes such as the one in the OP video but at the same time fail to recognise the ludicrousness of their attachment to the personification of "Satan" and "the Devil".

Don't worry Tangri, this video is a display of the hatred Americans spread about the Muslim world and the inciting of division and us versus them mentality. However, I must say as well that Muslims are very good at spreading the reverse as well, namely that Christians are from the devil and their New Testament proves it, us versus them mentality as well.
So, why not just stop those debates and take all religions together and make a video on all of them.

Well said Flash.
One question i think every Christian and Muslim should ask themselves.
Mu i ask you at this time. Please respond.
1, Who was the messenger that came to Mother Mary and announced that with her permission, she would bring the Christ into the world.?
2, Who was the messenger that gave Mohammad the Quran.
A great topic for discussion. One that could break down the Man made divisions.
Come on Mu. Do you truly believe that Jesus and Mohammad are spending their time in heaven knocking each others lights out.
Peace

Oh no.
Billy.
No....no don't do it.
I am hearing the can of worms opening now as we speak. ;)
This is the kind of argument that people like Stephen Law love to use to prove to the reasonableness of an Evil God. And because it's absurd to believe that God is Evil, it must be equally absurd to believe that God is Good, or that God exists at all. Therefore, it's more reasonable to believe that God simply doesn't exist.
-----
The reasons it stops for Christianity for me are theological ones. They are also for me common sense reasons. I have read the Qu'ran. It doesn't make sense the same way to me as the Bible does.
However!
Who am I, a mere mortal with a limited mind that cannot fully conceive the fullness of everything in the universe, to say that God will call a woman or man to faith through Islam, or Christianity, or Judaism, or Atheism for that matter?
The only soul I can save with any sense close to reasonableness is my own. I love y'all, but you gotta learn to swim on your own. Doesn't mean we can't give each other pointers.
If God can create me in His image as a gay man with the multitude of gifts and defects that I have and be perfect in His mind, it stands to reason that God would know what He was doing when He created us, and the world. The really interesting thing for me to think about is what's the next move? :)

Hi Milneman. It is cruel to keep worms locked up in a can. Worms till the earth and make good compost and out of S**t grows roses. I enjoy setting them free.
