View Full Version : Sellafield Reactor slight rise in radioactivity, some staff sent home.

It was on the Radio 4 news this am that a few staff have been sent home from work from Sellafield (winscale) Nuclear reactor in Cumbria UK, I did a search to get more details and found this report from last August- I was just wondering what the cause of the rise in Radioactivity could be this time and was it from the new reactor or the demolition of the old contaminated site, that is assuming they have actually started . Just a heads up.

We're slightly down wind of Sellafield here and its started snowing this morning, yet another reason to avoid eating snow cones this winter! :smow:
