Over a period of months a farm in southern France was plagued by the appearance of lights. Balls of light appeared in the evening and surrounded the house of 20-year-old Robert L., who lived with his parents and his grandmother. "Regularly, up until the beginning of 1969, for days and months, a very harsh light would come in my dorm while the windows were closed, through the very fabric of the walls. Then I would gradually get into a different state, getting numb. This was generally in the morning. I was sort of paralyzed. I couldn't move. I had the feeling I had no more body. I was floating above my bed... It looked as though my spirit was outside of my body... I was just left with my consciousness... I am not sure how to explain it... a change of state. In the beginning, the first couple of times, I was very scared. But gradually I got used to it, and eventually it wasn't all that terrible.

Around me I was seeing individuals. Three of four at first. All of them quite tall, above two meters; tall and slim humanoids, blond with a fine face, with slightly slanted eyes. There were men and women. Sometimes, they were more, up to nine individuals surrounding my bed. They were all dressed up with a one-piece pantyhose, with openings at both the neck and the wrists, some sort of shining suit with metal glint and a broad belt. Their arms were also quite long, getting down to their knees, and their hands had thin fingers.

The visitors provided me with information and advices. The Guide told me : "Your parents are good people. You have characteristics we are interested in. We all are scientists. Star explorers, from another galaxy. We are 20.000 years ahead of your civilization, which we have been watching over for a long time. We are in charge of maintaining life on inhabited planets such as the Earth. We are part of some sort of intergalactic federation which is supervised by nine Unknown Superiors managing the galaxies. We visit the developing planets such as yours. We know all of your history and all the spoken languages on Earth."

They would sometimes explain to me some details about life on a planet different from ours, presenting themselves as stars explorers. They provided me information on the co-existence of other universes across ours, yet to be discovered by our terrestrial science, the respect and the right of the life of humans, and the absence of property of the soil (the planet belongs to all and nobody in particular), the duty of every intelligent individual to help those who are less so... etc.

These contacts, that were always established by these beings originating from a foreign 'earth' lasted seven years, with more or less long intervals. What did those beings do to me, or what did they take from me? I have no idea and I am not that eager to know about it. If I have been able to help them, I am happy with that. They also brought me a lot of things."

What is this sort of ball you always have in your hand?
"Ah! Your are puzzled with this case we always carry along. Well, we use this little device for communication purposed, to provide our position to ships orbiting far away around the Earth or waiting around above the ground, hidden in one or several inter-dimensional space cross-roads, which your scientists have yet to discover; but also to defend ourselves in case we are being attacked. It enables us to provide a suitable response, either against a wild animal on a hostile planet at an early stage of evolution, or against life forms, whether organic or inorganic, which want to attack us. But also to get out of a difficult situation, such as falling in the water, in a ravine or things like that. Changing the composition of matter, etc..."

Do you have a religion?
"What we know about the universe and the one you call God has no relation with your practices and beliefs. To us this name means Energy, Knowledge, Organization, Information, Creation, Expansion and Retraction. Adaptation and Evolution, two forms of Energy essential to one another. Warm and cold, solid and liquid, etc... The human form represents the most widespread constant in all the Universes, but also with some variants : size, weight, intelligence, force, etc... "I didn't write anything down, I should have written a lot of things down. I never had the presence of mind to note down these encounters, the dates they came. I don't know why. Maybe now I would have done it.

The Guide asked me, "I'd like you to come with us, to a cave in India. It's fixed up with all the comforts, there's everything you need. The day that we tell you, if you follow us, you won't take anything, just your clothes, you'll go down to the bottom of the field on the day we tell you, at the hour we tell you, and we'll take care of everything.”

I didn't respond right away, but he came back later, and between October 1968 and the first week of January 1969 when I left, they came back rather often. So did I think about it? Why not? Why wouldn't I go? I thought maybe I would die. I didn't have a girlfriend, I hadn't seen much in life. I figured I had a chance to discover something I'd never see again. So I said I would go.

So I went down the field, and I turned around at the foot of the cherry tree and I waited. All of a sudden I saw the sky opening up. I saw a big circle, and I saw what looked like another sky in the interior. The spacecraft passed through, and then it closed up again. Then it descended quickly. It did a big circle, and landed about 200 feet away. It rocked slightly at the back, I don't know if it touched the ground or not, it was nighttime. When I saw the yellow light, I approached it. At a few yards away I saw a sliding door. The spacecraft was lit by a white light. I saw a tall man who I recognized, because he had come to my bedroom.

I went up three steps. And I sat on a very comfortable chair, which surprised me at the time, now we make chairs like that here on Earth. I looked at where I had entered from, but I couldn't recognize the place where I'd entered because the door wasn't there anymore. I was trapped, closed in, couldn't get out. And it didn't move. I said, "We aren't leaving?" and they said, "We've already left!"

In front of me, or just below me a big panel became transparent, it looked like glass. I saw light below, a big city below, I wasn't sure but I thought it was Marseille. I got up, and sat down quickly. They said, "We're at 130,000 feet." They didn't say whether we were above Marseille or not. But there was a town set back a bit, on the right. So we must have been veering to the east. The voyage lasted from about 50 minutes to an hour. Then the panel opened and I went out."




They took him on a tour of the cave which was actually a base with several floors, constructed over 3000 feet below the earth. It was surround by a triple magnetic belt which insulated and protected the base from earthquakes.

There were numerous rooms. An elevator opened onto a platform in the open air where he could go in the evening, though he was accompanied. The terrain was rugged with high snowcapped mountains. The Guide demonstrated how he could disintegrate a tree with a ball-like device which he carried with him at all times.

The spacecrafts accessed the base by way of a snaking tunnel with a funnelshaped entrance situated lower in the valley. It opened onto an immense hangar where the spacecrafts and personnel were located. Robert saw vessels entering from 90 feet away.

He was permitted to walk around the interior of the base, except for certain zones. One day he forced entry into the rooms containing nuclear, magnetic and electric fields. He was pushed back by an invisible wall.

During the year 1968, a dialogue was established with these people. I first asked them: "Are you God ? Who are you ? Are you angels ?". They replied: "No, no, we are human beings like you, we come from a nearby galaxy, we are scientists, we are explorers of stars." These are the words they used.

Their vessels weighed about 30 tons. There were people inside. The guide marked a moment of hesitation and the ethnologist pushed me in the back, she told me: "Get on board, there is no problem, we'll go for a ride, you'll see, there is no need to worry, this is a battle ship" she said. We boarded, we sat down, there were 2 pilots, we were some.

All of a sudden, I saw the panel of the jet displayed next to the panel of the ship. We could even see the hands of the pilot of the aircraft.

I asked the guide: "what if the plane starts firing at us ?" He said: "Even if it would fire at us, as long as the force field of the ship is running, no solid, liquid or gas can penetrate into the ship. Even if they would fire a missile, the missile would be destroyed instantly without affecting us in any way whatsoever". At this moment we left, I saw the plane move away. He said: "It is not the plane that is going away. We are the ones leaving at full speed. Why? because the pilot who would follow us, would have smashed into the vessel and so off we go..."

He said that if they were cornered by a group of aircrafts and if they had to fire, the proportion would be excessive because, he told me: "we have terrible weapons", he said: "the aircraft that would try to get close would literally be destructured. If we sent (how is it called...?) a 'light beam', the aircraft would be destructured, it would turn into flakes, like confetti" That's what he told me: "like confetti". He insisted on their fighting capabilities which completely dwarfed our own means which he described as utterly trivial.

At the conference in Toulon on April, I talked about the zero point research. I subscribed to the magazine "Lumières Dans La Nuit". A few months later, I read an article about the astronaut Edgar Mitchell who was talking about zero-point energy. I read this article several times and I was very surprised. So I immediately sent an e-mail to George Metz, Jean Claude Venturini and Gerard Deforge saying: "How come that a peasant from Aveyron, France and an astronaut who went on the moon could talk about and use the same words to describe, I think, the same thing ?"

I suspect astronaut Edgar Mitchell knows much more than he was willing to tell us. I think he had met other beings, but given his status and position, maybe he does not want to talk about it.

At the base, during 1 year, what was your dietary program ?

It was some kind of cereals or meat balls. These meals would fit exactly my body requirements, ... our body requirements, because they sometimes ate with me, the biologist and the guide. When I came back from the base, the media were talking about Americans who wanted to conquer the Moon and the guide had told me at the time that as long as we kept making loops around our planet, it would be just fine, but when we would want to go much further, they would oppose it because we would go with a spirit of conquest. They also told me they had a lot of trouble with the military because of nuclear pollution ... and that, therefore, they might be forced to make a demonstration simultaneously between the United States and Russia to clearly demonstrate that they were here and that therefore, we would not be able to do what we would want to in this area. The time went by, some officers spoke and it seems that those are also ready. Why is that the authorities do not want to disclose this truth ? In fact, I think there is a conflict of interests between our earthly authorities and a category of aliens.

How did the ethnologist look like ?

She was tall, about 2 m tall (6.6 ft). Still, the arms were a little bit longer than ours, the fingers a little bit longer but they looked like us, with slightly slanted eyes, a thin face, they all were very thin, no one would weight over 130-140 kg (300 Lbs).

Were you able to tell how old they were ?

They must have been something like 30 to 40 years old.

You said you had attended a highly important meeting between several species?

Yes, this famous meeting when the guide did not want me to go but the biologist wanted to take me. There was a slight conflict between them, but nothing more. They spoke while I was there. The guide said : "No, he should not come" and the biologist said: "Yes, we could take him, he could be here" and the guide reiterated "No". Then there were no more words. They both looked straight in the eyes, I did not know what was happening. I realized that they were communicating with each other. Then the guide went back to other activities and the biologist told me: "you may come to the meeting, provided that you sit down in a seat aside and you do not say a word, you do not intervene".

Yes, they told me that they belonged to a federation, several planets that worked together, communicated and exchanged together... they exchanged a lot. They were very advanced planets and they all were working for the good of other planets which were less advanced, which were in the development phase. They told me that despite their advancement, despite the federation which was highly advanced, there were still other worlds far above which were much much more advanced than them.

Those beings who received you, how long do they live ?

They told me about 400 years.

I got to read a part of the Qumran Scrolls, that mentioned the third level of heaven where there are angels of torment and pain. One of the things that these angels say is, "You think that your torment ends with your death, hah! We shall bring you a new skin". (paraphrased).

Most times when these scrolls talk about the different levels of heaven they are actually speaking of different worlds in, and out, of our own galaxy. When they speak of angels, usually that is another, older, race of beings.

Not to be the harbinger of bad news. It could go either way... good or bad. I guess the good side of this would be, that there would be plenty of him somewhere out there to replace a valve in his heart someday!

Not to say there's not legit stories there or that this story is false - there are legit articles there, but how does one tell? I won't post anything from that site, but I will dig into the articles sources (if there even are any), up the line as far as I can, and if something still seems legit, then maybe post the source article. To me, this just says no human gets into heaven. Since the "Changing of the Guard", the interlopers have found a way to fully prevent humans from being refreshed in Source, by intercepting the soul at moment of death and forcing re-incarnation on them before it can "ascend to heaven" so to speak. While Catholics don't buy re-incarnation, they too have a concept called "purgatory" where souls are held until the "second coming of Christ" frees them into heaven. So the concept of never being able to refresh in Source, which helps perpetuate "The Fall", is contained somewhat within both catholic and eastern philosophies. And those beings who took advantage of the Fall to their own end to control humanity, were, "Fallen Angels" who became angry at "humans" - blaming "us" for their own Fall and inducing perpetual "suffering" here in the physical realm.
