The final installment...entering phase two will be finding the best price for video production (currently thinking of a California co that might do it) of all the video evidence* gathered by the field investigators above and creating a researcher funded documentary and providing a free movie to the public on youtube. Hopefully 1/2 the researchers would wish to be a part and help pay the costs otherwise its just another dream...:)
