Flashes of light

Not sure where to post this, I just wanted to document it & see if anyone else has seen this sort of thing - I went to the bathroom at 03H15 last night (I checked my phone as I planned to get up at about 05H30) & in the bedroom adjoining mine, where my granddaughter sleeps with the door wide open, I saw a very bright, white light at the top of the curtains over her window. It pulsated about 5 times, stopped, and after about 30 seconds did so again. I waited for about 5 minutes before continuing to the bathroom, then checked inside her room to see if I could discover what it was. There was no physical cause - no electrical leads near the window, definitely not lightning (it was a clear night with visible stars, & the curtains were closed anyway):confused:

Sounds like possible visitors, have you asked her about her dreams as of late.

Possibility...?

I have noticed lately the Moon is moving quicker than in the past...

Let me explain...

Last night I was watching the Sochi Olympics on TV and in my TV room there is a very small vantage point which catches a view of the nights sky in amongst the trees.

All of a sudden, I noticed an unusual 'Bright Light' that lit up and shone directly into my view, the light it emanated was Crystal Clear and as soon as it came into view it left.

Out of interest, while it was in my view I concentrated my focus on the Full Moon's bright 'Blue' hue and I must confess I have never ever seen it so large which jolts of 'Blue Hue' rising above the moon's outer crust like the flames of a huge bonfire.

Just possibly "ball lightning". I had one experience on a dry windy day of a large (ca. 15 ft dia.) ball of charge that ended up stationary for a few seconds over the house across the street. Most ball lightning cases are much smaller, a foot or so in diameter. and tend to bounce around, from what I have read. Anyway it would give off a very white, maybe blueish-white light. Just a thought.

Hi Kirolak,

Was this flashing light by any chance sphere shaped? If so, this sounds to me like an 'orb' - nothing to worry about, we have these all the time popping into our home, it is just a conscious being visiting and briefly observing. From your description it indicates whoever it was, wanted you to see it.

Here are some other possibilities if it was an 'orb'.
(1) A being is keeping a watchful eye while your granddaughter sleeps (a guardian angel, her higher Self, kind of scenario).
(2) Could be a family member or loved one who has passed over to the other side and just popped in to say hello and see how life is going with you all.
(3) Another possibility is that it could have been your granddaughter in an out of body state 'consciously watching you'. Ask her if she remembers watching you going to the bathroom and you looking into her bedroom. I did this all the time when I was a child and called it being a 'fly on the wall' looking down upon my family.

I am sure it is nothing to worry about, it may be a one off event. Also, it is a very positive sign that your 6th senses psychic sight is evolving, not many people see orbs with the naked eyes - smile. If you have a digital camera, take some random photos 'intuitively' and see if you are able to capture on camera similar to what you witnessed.

I would just like to add that I have experienced ball lightening 3 times, this phenomena has loud 'electrical crackles' and its nature is very different to 'silent' orbs.

Years ago the same thing happened to My first wife and I while driving at night ... going 20 mph downtown coming home from dining out , basically a minature moon with light all around it hit the her side of our car, and little lightning bolts came out of it but only in miniature size ... the strange thing is we BOTH saw it , and NEVER spoke of it , not even when it happned , it was like , oh that happened but we are supposed to not see it ... things come in and out of our reality all the time ...I'll never forget it , it was one of those times when husbands and wives look at each other and talk without saying a word , it was a good day ...

Thanks for all the input, everyone! I actually don't think it was an orb, I have seen many of those; this was more elongated horizontally, & very bright, dimming, then bright again, several times. And definitely not the moon, which was full & low in the sky, still allowing stars to be seen from my bedroom window (which is always open & the blinds up as I love the night sky). I suppose some things we just won't ever know for sure. . . .

A few years back while in Panama, I took a series of photos back to back to back at around 5:40 AM. All photos were taken seconds apart.

When I looked at them, I saw what I did not see with my naked eye.
