i am curious as i have had the experience of ,extra time' a bit. only in the last year has the missing time been reflected on some of the clocks. after the vivid impression that time had ,slipped' somehow - some of the mechanical and electric clocks displayed a twenty minute reverse offset and some of the clocks remained unchanged. the indicated computer NIST synchronized time had also ,shifted', no longer aligning with -some- of the independent clocks. my subjective impression being that the readings of the offset clocks had somehow jumped backwards.
a tremendous feeling of joy accompanied this, a sensation like having been profoundly loved.

has anyone else experienced this?

Everything goes by Very fast for me....sometimes I have to check myself for what day of the week it is...the months SPIN by. Other experiences ive had with "time" have been in an emotional sense---which becomes difficult to explain in words but definitely leaves me with a sensation of another "space" tht im in which is also associated with different 'feelings' and the closest emotion tht we have in the English language is a sort of melancholy but not in a negative sense--
I have not had any mechanical-technical related issues with time----only the repetition of certain numbers sequences tht happen repeatedly on digital media within a short period

I have the idea that some of us at least, slip around in time oftener than we know. I've occasionally had experiences somewhat like this.

Ditto Christine. 24 Hrs is not enough time for todays world. It was perfect 100 years ago. Now we need more time in todays quickening along with its technology.

Not sure whether this qualifies, but years ago I came out of a building via a revolving door; when I reached the street I went utterly blank; I could not remember where I was or why, nor my name or anything else - it was terrifying. I quickly decided to retrace my steps through the revolving door, & instantly remembered where I was (and why!)
And on one other occasion, as I was driving along a desert highway at night in the pitch dark, I found myself looking with interest at some brilliantly coloured parrots & bizarre trees on either side of the road (there was in "reality" just sand for miles. . . ) I was shocked & stopped the car; I woke my companion but he did not notice anything strange & went back to sleep.
I have always wondered whether these were time slips of some kind. . . .

CD7: yes. there are numbers which have recurred in my life and i've learned to expect them. at first it was terrible things which were represented by certain values and i would be reminded of them. this reappearance of specific numbers was usually as distance values, irregardless of the system of measurement the same numbers would be there. i will not fear this anymore. now i hope to understand.

My perception of times puts me about 5 minutes ahead of normal time , it's the only way I can explain it ... I hold the phone in my hand just before it rings , I head to the door just before someone knocks , now it doesn't even freak me out anymore ... I'm over it , moving on ...

I don't know about missing time but time is certainly speeding up. It is moving at lightning speed and shows no want to slow down!

Thanks John for the Tread, hmm!, a few years back, I was doing MERKABA exercices.
A short story, on friday morning I usually had breakfast with friends at Pizza Delight. So the night before I had my Merkaba exercice, the next morning was a tuesday, I had my mind set to meet my friend at the restaurant.
So I went there, a repairmen was there working, didn't see any waitress though for a few minutes, and after 5 minutes being there, I started questioning myself, we are not friday, it's tuesday, so I had to get out of there.
When I get in the car, I thought I was losing something, I did, I lost/gain a few days. Merkaba was over for me anyway.
The best to everyone.

Me lost some too. Lost 40 minutes walking from bedroom to kitchen, in a 600 square foot apartment. Computer is in bedroom. Time to go fix dinner. Checked time on puter, 4:20pm. Headed for kitchen, looked out livingroom window, and was still daylight. Turned the corner into kithcen, clock on stove said 5:00pm. HUH? Turned around and headed back to bedroom, now dark outside, more HUH? Clock on puter now said 5:00pm. Went back to kitchen, and still 5:00pm??? 40 minutes gone by the time it takes to walk 15 feet. hmm???? Nope, didn't feel no "glitches" along the way. Smooth trip "all" the way. chuckle chuckle. Dunno Buckwheat, yer guess, good as mine.

If anything I am noticing how slow everything is when focussed on it, say how slow the work day is, but then I will be shocked to discover it is already middle of Feb already?
Also I am reaching for my phone seconds before a text comes through, which I found oddly at first, then I realised it is an old work iphone 4 with the latest iOS that is so slow that merely touching it must be forcing it to work as a few of the texts I look at are timestamped 20+ mins earlier.
I would be interested to experience a case of missing time say monday morning 8am to friday afternoon 5pm would be great ;)

Thanks John, Merkaba properties, as I recall, I was using Drunvalo Technique. Here is a Drunvalo video where he explains Merkaba. I didn't had a look, it's been a while, I don't follow his teachings anymore.
I tried to include the URL within YouTube icon, the VCBulletin would not allow as far as I can tell.

In Landmark New Book 'Change Your Future Through Time Openings' Renowned Physicist Jean-Pierre Garnier-Malet Unveils Properties of Time to Access and Change the Future
Time Openings allow constant information exchanges between past, present and future. They give us intuitions, premonitions and vital instincts. Controlling them enables us to optimize our future before we live it.
Note the date of this article ... Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) August 10, 2011
In his new book ”Change Your Future Through Time Openings,” award winning physicist Jean-Pierre Garnier-Malet, PhD, father of the Doubling Theory, builds on his discoveries that bridge the gap between physics and metaphysics claiming that individuals can use the properties of time and space to shape their futures and ultimately the future of humanity.
Time doubling was well known by ancient cultures. The Greek alphabet replicates its movement; the Mayan calendar derives from it; the disposition of the Egyptian Pyramids and of Stonehenge’s bluestone pillars represents it; the ancient Chinese Yin Yang symbol depicts it. In addition, this notion was perfectly well known to Plato who states in Timeas-Critias: “These are the divisions of time.” Ancient civilizations, each in their own way, left behind traces of this knowledge for current generations that is the key to the survival of humanity.
Imagine being able to explore the future, bringing back information needed to shape the present. Imagine having a double in a different time and space. What if we were two, unaware of each other’s existence, yet sharing the common goal of a better life? This scenario is not simply imagination or science fiction. It is the fruit of alternate realities rooted in science.
“I needed to totally change my way of looking at things to understand that the past, present, and future are in fact three simultaneous realities going by at different speeds,” said Garnier-Malet.
‘’Change Your Future Through Time Openings’’ supports this theory by sharing persuasive cases, and inviting the readers to experience this unfathomable universe for themselves. The author demonstrates that by simply exploiting their sleep, humans are able to familiarize themselves and in turn master the phenomena of premonition, intuition, and vital instinct. In the process the readers learn astonishing properties of time and space that underlie and enhance these natural faculties.
Garnier-Malet also demonstrates that time doubling occurs in predictable cycles every 24,840 years and that humanity is currently nearing the end of such a cycle. Here, his scientific findings coincide with the predictions of a new era. According to the author of “Change Your Future Through Time Openings” it means that we can in fact shape our futures like never before.
About the author:
Jean-Pierre Garnier-Malet holds a PhD in Mechanics of Fluids. In 1988 he makes a major scientific discovery on time properties. After 10 years of intensive independent research, he publishes his Doubling Theory through scientific peer reviewed articles. In 2006, he receives the Best Paper Award from The American Institute of Physics. His books are published in English, French, Greek and Spanish. They are soon to be published in German and Portuguese.
Change Your Future Though Time Openings is now available on Amazon.com, in major bookstores and through other channels.
Most of us know this already, however it is always fun to me when "science" agrees.

I had not had the chance to read David Wilcock's latest article, published Feb. 7, until now and this is how it starts off...
THE HOLOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE
On September 17, 2013, a physics breakthrough emerged https://www.simonsfoundation.org/quanta/20130917-a-jewel-at-the-heart-of-quantum-physics/ that is so significant, so all-encompassing, it renders our existing worldview as irrelevant as the flat earth.
This discovery is so new and fresh that the final paper itself wasn't published until December 6, 2013 -- just two months ago at the time of this writing. http://arxiv.org/abs/1312.2007
Two physicists, Nima Arkani-Hamed and Jaroslav Trnka, essentially proved that space and time do not exist -- at least not in the way we now think.
What appears to be a visible universe, with a clearly defined past, present and future, is not real.
The Universe is actually a holographic projection of a single geometric form -- which these two physicists call "The Amplituhedron."
The Amplituhedron discovery proves that all of space, all of time, all of matter, all of energy and all of consciousness is emanating from a single geometric form.
Like the "recursive" patterns within a fractal, there are many sub-geometries of this central pattern that we will find in space -- and in time.
Here we will review some of the highlights -- and provide links where you can do your own research on this stunning new discovery.

Lost time when I was younger I remember walking home and loosing 3 hours and my Mum telling me off saying it doesn't take that long to walk home. I didn't know what had happened. Lost time today also, 1 hour, not sure where it went, I only noticed because I was late home. Missed a few hours here and there, weird xxxxx

I lost about 5-6 minutes when I was in the military traveling through the Bermuda triangle one evening. We experienced electrical disturbances with lights and equipment.....also my new digital watch at the time stopped as many other of my friends watches stopped as well for 5-6 ,minutes You could sense a change in the air as it was very weird. We just accepted this and moved on.
I believe there is some ancient Atlanteann technology beneath the seabed still active to this day which causes issues with planes, ships etc.........just my theory. Sometimes things just disappear phase out of this reality that's why people have noticed entire ships just gone and reappear years down the road. I have heard many real stories from people about their experiences revolving around the Bermuda Triangle. Very intriguing to me...

I worked for several years within the Seattle metro area installing telecommunication's cable within Boeing facilities, our crew was at a Bothell, WA facility just doing are daily thing, we were pulling fiber that day, a back bone through an office area but it also went through a main work area where we had to pull up steel plates and get into a trench where the cable tray was. On this particular day after lunch we all worked in the office area and suddenly in what appeared to be only an hour it was quitting time, everyone commented on it, "where did the time go," "man its already quitting time," and on and on until a few of us discussed it may have been a time anomaly and then started to theorize there may have been a device that was being tested within the facility that seemed to cause the time for the day to speed up.

Not certain if this is missing time, but while at work I received a call from my daughter laughing hysterically. While at the bank, a lawn mower hit a car waiting at the red light and both her and her mother saw the event. A few months later I get a similar call with the same story. I make some wise comment about the mower driver having done this before and neither my wife nor daughter remembered this happening in the past.
This has also happened with hearing of someone's death a few times. Also, being an abductee "they" have placed me in bi-located time events and something I call time-shifting scenarios.
But anyway, an interesting life.

Yes, there were 2 instances of it:
Once was during the night I had a very vivid dream (at least i think it was a dream o_O) of being on some kind of ship, feeling compressed & like the air was really thick..there were 2 people in there with me but I couldn't really make out their faces. One of them turned on a switch which activated an intense low vibration (imagine being in front of a huge subwoofer bass speaker with a long, drawn-out powerful bass tone being blasted right into your head).. it was very uncomfortable, I thought i was going to throw up.. then the bass started to wobble & the sound frequency raised up, got higher, started to sound like thunder but it wouldn't go away.
I wake up & the power is knocked out. I can still hear this low rumbling sound. I remember my son freaking out because he is afraid of thunderstorms, & him even saying 'I don't like this one. The thunder is scary and not like regular thunder.'
We hang out all night then the next day he does not have school because the power is out everywhere. We go to my grandmother's house down the street because she has power there. She asked me if I had heard that 'weird thunder that sounded like it was underground and wouldn't stop.'
So the power goes back on later that evening & my son has to go back to school the next day. Shortly after he goes to school, I get a call saying he forgot to bring a report in that is due Wednesday. I say 'But it's Tuesday.', they say 'No, it's Wednesday.' I don't want to argue or sound nuts so I agree, go along with it, get my sons report, etc.
My father comes by to check on things and I ask him 'Hey, what is today?' he says 'Tuesday, ain't it?', I then tell him about the report thing, show him the calendar date on my cellphone, etc.. I'm like 'Dad..Monday or Tuesday has completely disappeared. Think about it. The power was out on Sunday night and during the day Monday.' he says 'Yeah, you're right.' I say 'So.. what the hell happened to Tuesday?'.. his face turned white, he looked around puzzled.. he asked 'Well.. how are you feeling?' I say 'I'm fine.' he asks 'How's Neo?' I say 'He's great.'.. My father says 'Well.. I guess everything's okay, then!'
The second incident was more like an out of body experience mixed with some kind of weird time travel. I was taking nap, I woke up, I looked at the clock & it said 11:59. (it was almost noon, not midnight).. I think 'Man I'm still tired, I'm going back to sleep.' so I do, but then quickly (think that i) wake up because I feel something in the bed with me. I look at what it is & it's a giant snake , but doesn't appear to be threatening. I'm actually not scared of the snake itself, just scared of like 'how the hell did this get here? maybe it is someone's pet & it got out of the cage. I have to figure out what to do with it!' so I go on this long journey which seemed like forever, carrying this snake around, asking friends if it belongs to them..'No', taking to pet stores asking if it's theirs 'No', so finally I just give up and take it to a lake & gently drop it on the shore.. it then slithers away happily and I actually wake up. I looked at the clock again thinking I must have slept way too long because that dream seemed forever but the clock still said 11:59. I sat there and watched the clock thinking 'maybe it's broken?' & sure enough it turned 12:00 pretty quick.
I still have no idea what the hell that was about :P

I've had a few weird experiences before including that thunder thing Molly mentioned, I suspect it's a way of altering electrical frequency to an extent that it alters how time moves by someone clever lol but who knows you can do all sorts of weird things when you begin to examine the true nature of reality. When you start to really ground into yourself I think you go from being passive to time (like a ship in an ocean) to having moments of sifting your own frequency into the "ocean" and becoming one with the ocean which has a sort of the effect of the ocean moving around you instead of you through the ocean. Think futurama where their space ship moves so fast not because it moves through space but because it moves space past the ship lol weird the things that stick in your memory. Perhaps that's all the fluff about moving up a dimension is about, I'm not sure but it seems that our next step as a race isn't an outwards one but one inwards to discover why it is we are wired the way we are if all are one heh maybe we're all just baby universes huh.

Reading all the replies helps me not feel as weird/crazy/alone about it as i sometimes (probably too often) feel.
Rosie, thats actually a really good theory you have there. I thought of something similar after I had researched online about time loss, people saying its from alien abductions, etc.. I thought :what if its not aliens but your soul energy/vibration awakening to itself, which is (possibly) timeless? so that part of you sort of wakes up, like a soul consciousness or something, but when you go back to your regular self it is perceived as some crazy event causing time to change?? if that even makes sense.. im awful with words. our body is just this temporary organic vehicle.. whats inside of us, the thing that gives us life possibly go on forever..so that is a paradox of our being human.. finite yet infinite.

Not sure if I actually lost time once, because I didn't even think about that possibility at the time. This happened propably about 20 years ago as a young boy. I was in the kitchen making coffee. I had already put the water in the coffee maker and started to fold the filter paper ready to put it in and all of a sudden I found myself standing in the livingroom with the coffee filter still in my hands. This is the only time it has happened to me. It was weird, had no idea how I ended up in the livingroom.
