At least Washington is talking about this. California was being seeded three years ago for increasing water in their watersheds. Why are they now experiencing major drought conditions? Think about where we get a large part of our produce from especially in winter.

Got any source material on this?

Just You Tube. Sorry I can't be more credible with it!

I think it came from the documentary, "Why are they Spraying".

I wasn't doubting you, but I would like to see more direct evidence. I live in the San Joaquin Valley of California, which produces about half of America's food. It's said that if you eat a full meal in a restaurant anywhere in the world, you'll eat something from California. We are in a historic drought. There has been a "blocking high" - a ridge of high atmospheric pressure - off the coast of California for over a year, and it shunts storms that could produce rain to the north of us, leaving farms unable to produce, and creating a new Dust Bowl. Given what we know about HAARP, chemtrails and other geoengineering by the US government, it would be dumb NOT to inquire if that's an accident.

You say, "at least Washington is talking about this." I didn't see much evidence of that in the clip. It may be that those old men in the Senate really don't know. But they remind me of a conversation I once had with a retired Air Force colonel one day when the sky was crisscrossed with fluffly white trails. He flew off the handle when I mentioned it, became red in the face, called me a bad American, and denied that chemtrails exist. What he refused to do was bend his neck and look up at what was right above him. That's about all I think we can expect from our so-called representatives.

I know what you mean Green Guy except for the fact that the questioner was Herb Kohl, a long-time Wisconsin senator. I think it is possible that some of our well-meaning representatives are not awake enough to realize what is going on. I don't believe that they are all conspiring; some are just not awake. I recently ran across people who didn't know what a GMO was. My own son asked me last week what chemtrails are; he never heard of them before.
I really feel for California. I belong to an Ojibwaa community where the women pray for the water. We once prayed for rain in a drought stricken country in Africa and two days later it rained in that area and didn't stop raining for a week. I'll be saying my daily prayers in a few minutes and I'll burn some tobacco for California, praying and singing the water song for a lift of the drought there.
Prayers from Wisconsin.

Some still believe weather warfare isn't real , yet Georgia got snow, the midwest gets earthquakes , texas no rain , tennessee gets flooded , extreme snowstorms blanket the country , the last few summers I've done AC work in march which usually doesn't start until June , greenland lost the permafrost in four days , the jet stream is out of whack , the animals have no magnetic sense of direction , how much do they need until they come out of denial ??? Weather Warfare is a reality , not to mention the over 3,000 patents applied for , and let them google texas weather modification and see how many companies pop up that advertise they can make it rain where needed ...

I don't believe they are either; I do believe most of them are more than willing to turn a blind eye, for the sake of their physical and financial health.

Appreciate the prayers for water! This year has begun scarily. You're still bundling up; we are wearing shorts and T-shirts. I planted my first seeds in the garden around New Year's. Our days are reaching up into the 70s and it'll be 80° any day now. We've had a few paltry showers, but nowhere near enough to have an impact on the drought. This will affect YOUR food prices this year.

The summers here can be brutal. Last year it topped out at 108° in the shade at my house. I think we will be seeing real heat well before June this year. And this year we realize we can't afford to run the air conditioner. If someone is controlling the weather (ya think, DiNozzo?) they are no friend to the earth.

You say you want rain in my birthplace in California, then you shall have it. Prayers going out for rains for foods, and a better price on our foods, as surely they will try this spring to stunt the growth of those who won't use the chemicals in their gardens. Control over the food is their next phase.

Gardeners unite. Shall we hydropon? I think it's time to create some bee hives and artificial lighting for the gardens and put them in sheds to shield the radiation. Use worm poo, banana peels, coffee, and whatever soil you need to rejuvenated. Monstanto has stripped the soils again with massive repeatative farming and no rotation every 7 years.

Time to roll up our sleeves peeps, this is what I do. I love nature and I do natural soil rejuvenation. Whatever you scrap, do not use citrus peels unless its just for the citrus grove. Don't use any meat prods in the compost and whatever natural environmental tree leaves of that area, if there are any left. Usually, these farms make the mistake of "not putting in lungs to hold moisture and create clouds naturally. They've made forest "rural" when compared to all the cement structures without any greenery. Rooftop growing would be great place to start in the cities, and it's recycled roof water.
Oh, boy do we need to get started with our rebuilding of this country, designing homes that are moundlike to prevent high storm hurricane winds from blowing them down. Cement them, like all the other structures you are stumbling across millennia later. Surely the homes could be made more sustainable and natural to blend into the forests and up high away from animals? Or rounded dome cement homes with basements and plants/veggies growing on top. It will be decades before the weather is either fixed or somehow slowed. We can't chemtrail our way out of this with methane soaring into the atmosphere, waiting for the worst lightning storm.

It's flammable, you know.
Is it true, it won't be water, but "fire" next time?

I know there has been weather manipulation in all areas of the U.S. For the past two years, Wisconsin's weather patterns and temperatures have been running about one month ahead. Now, all of sudden, we are about a month behind. We usually get a cold snap of 1 to 1-1/2 weeks of sub-zero weather in January. We just finished a 3 week stint of it and it's February. Last year, we got poured on in the spring and nothing in the summer. It was a bad growing year here. Hopefully, this year will be better! Right now, I'll settle for temperatures above zero!!

The weather where I live has been all over the map the last few months. It was unseasonably warm in January, then went way into the deep freeze in February. The temperature has been bouncing around like a yo-yo. We have had twice as much snow as places which are only an hour or less drive away.

Last summer we had tons of rain, which came at the same time as the snow melting in the mountains causing flooding in the southern part of the province. It looks like it could be repeated this spring. :(
