People are bubbling under, agitating and rising up against inequity, injustice and the fear based control within society. Here's an emotive video plea from the Ukrainian people that ought to go viral. How can we help?...in a way that humanity has not done before. We can help with the power of our consciousness and in so doing, join together to unwind injustice and oppression everywhere. The movement to a higher vibrational consciousness is demanding the break down of the old fear based reality and the emergence of higher harmonies where people take back personal responsibility and co-create in self supporting communities.

It's a yearning that is rising up from the depths of our souls...

It says here, that when a leader of a small nation doesn't go along with being a U.S. puppet, then the CIA performs step 1, which you're seeing here. Let me check step two...

Ah yes, step 2: The government is toppled and someone "popular" who has been in exile in the U.S. or the U.K. gets trotted out and slipped into the top seat in whatever small nation we're dealing with.

Then what usually follows is, a year or two, said exiled ruler starts to develop a conscience/spine and starts to tell his puppet masters that he/she will be doing things more the way they feel they should be done, not the way the U.S. tell them to do things. On to step 3...

It says here in step 3, that you have to come up with a good false flag next. And tell the sheep in the U.S. that the terrorists who committed the terrible act are being harbored by this small nation with the puppet that doesn't like its strings anymore. NOTE: This step was reworded from "tell the sheep that the communists need to be chased out of"...

Step 4 goes into a lot of methods of occupying the country with the U.S. armed forces, and how to use things like movies to keep the american sheep thinking that this has anything to do with the "cause of freedom"...

Hopefully this reassures you that the 'awakening' is really happening although the forum numbers may not be in sync with real numbers! I have only just joined the forum and I was born in 1974, have felt this my whole life although it was like I went dormant awaiting the right time...then suddenly that time came more recently. From the people I have met and spoken with since then, there is similarities and each is on different time frame. Not all have been from birth and dormant, some it has been a gradual event, some it has been a sudden thing like flicking a switch. As far as I am aware I am the only one out of these people to have joined this forum which is why I say the member numbers are not representing actual numbers.
I have observed that even among seemingly unrelated groups of people (for example a hobby or pet forum or group) there is this shift as topics have been changing towards more social awareness and meaningful discussions. I sit like a mere observer watching this unfold, it is actually a beautiful thing to witness :)

Hmmm,... sorry Jacko, my propaganda detector is going off. Stage makeup, hair styling? Sophisticated lighting, audio/video editing (piano, synchronized slow-motion stick clacking)? Hired gun* narrator?

Make no mistake, I am not trying to minimize what is going on in the Ukraine, nor am I suggesting that this video doesn't echo much of the overall demographic sentiment. Neither will I be swayed based on the opinion of one speaking person on a video that has more artificial editing than most Project Avalon productions.

PA stuff doesn't have/need fancy editing because it's the straight 411. This video is designed to illicit an emotional response, a guilt-trip if you will. It is designed to invoke a response in the viewer before and in lieu of further research. Share this video with friends, family, and government? If it were being advocated that one educate themselves and then get involved, that would be one thing.

* - A 'hired gun' is a commercial asset (male or female) that is of a reasonably attractive nature designed to draw in/sway the target audience. "Really hot" bartenders, barristas, waiters/waitresses, etc. (from the standpoint of the prospective client) are classic examples. THIS one - likely a professional actress - was handpicked (note the beauty mark, reminiscent of Cindy Crawford) to appeal to men, specifically 20's-30's as an attractive victim, 40's-50's as a daughter-figure, and 60's-70's+ as a granddaughter.

She's in a riot, but her hair and makeup (base, blush, mascara, etc.) are picture perfect. Sorry, but I really doubt she is an accurate spokesperson for the majority of the people. It strikes me as far more likely that this message has been brought to you by a grant from the George Soros foundation and their partners. ^_~

Yeah, those partners. The invocation of the Soviet Union is rather telling, as is the "contact your representatives and demand support [...] before its too late" bit at the end. She blinks alot, which suggests she doesn't believe what she is saying, or has no emotional attachment to what she is saying.

Moreover, even if the overall intent of the people IS to protest NOT joining the EU, I doubt the people have a firm grasp on what that entails, outside similar soundbites and propaganda. Joining the EU (austerity) will help people to keep their homes/money/jobs? Besides, any 'help' the US could provide would likely NOT help the people of the Ukraine, it would only help the controllers to help themselves. IMO.

As far as the thesis of the OP, I could argue the point in both ways though 'Rising Tide' is rather,... nonspecific. I see an expansion of consciousness, but in all directions. The ignorant are becoming moreso, as a result of an increase in the number and magnitude of the distractions from which they could be described as ignorant. The seekers and thinkers are seeking and thinking, but I really can't say whether the balance is shifting because for all the positive information I garner from sources, I am currently in a very rural community which does not ascribe to thinking or seeking.

I'm not about to stop what I'm doing, as I am quite convinced of the veracity of the idea of one person's consciousness effecting another person's without any conscious interaction. To be sure, the numbers of the scient seem to be increasing but I cannot say if the numbers of the nescient/ignorant are decreasing. Moreover, if the percentages are not shifting, it matters very little what the numbers say. Further, the majority of populations are not responding from a position of duress, as they almost assuredly will in time. It would please me greatly to see a significant shift in the collective consciousness of the masses, but do not think for a second that the controllers A. haven't thought of that happening, and B. don't have an ace or two to play in that event.

There is a percentage of the mass population that is quite content with the dream they have been enjoying while asleep, and will resist most forcefully the effort to wake them up whether gently or abruptly.

Could it be that like pirates, they were promised a piece of the ill-gotten blood money/gains, if they stayed on "status quo old tyrannical regime' or side with those/the people/us, who have the answers to their and our children's poison air, water, joblessness, and pursuit of happiness equally for all? They can't control the future's ideas that can turn a profit, so they "snoop/steal/spy on other's ideas and try to market off our thoughts. Could it be their hearts are so filled with greed for this dimension, that they would sell their grandchildren's land, water, and air to have some resemblance of "what once was?" If so, then their place is always drawing only the 3d vibrational energy, to which they will never understand, as that time has come and gone, they are slowly dissolving and devolving to 2nd dimentional energy as the paradigm proceeds to fold in on them. They go backward, as we move forward. They got to try again to regain human traits or charecteristics, while we move forward with the hearts and minds to learn, fix, and evolve to more God centered, Universal citizens in peace. Because of HAARP and DARPA signals blocking certain parts of the rural people's awakening part of the brain, they must ground themselves as close to nature/"the earth" as they aren't able to stop all the energy and vibrational light frequency, that is moving this planet's soul. The "dark towers" send and distribute as well as control weather. If used politically, or corporately, it can turn pretty stinky. However, as you said, it's neither good/nor bad, it just is. And as far as their frequency systems, they can't do what we do, but they can block those still asleep, as they can't accept the truth, and are happy to be in delusion world which is illusionary 3d. More power to them as we separate the wheat from the chafe, jail the unjust and psychotic, and put them away from all that is good and positive in the world. They'll have their little hell earth as the birth of their creation new universe from the center of the galaxy, we already have ours, if we can stay grounded to keep her moving forward.

We are at crux of it now, and assured to make it, it's their part that's incomplete just yet. You know the ole fire and brimstone stuff? Well it supposedly comes from their memories of the birth of this universe, when other civilizations here ascended. There are few, but Yahushua/Jesus was one of them. He achieved it/evolved while here incarnated. when they chose to go to the new universe/this one, as you can see by the relics on Mars, we've been here before. Be it karma imprisoned, too primative/immature to move forward or otherwise, we are ready now. As, mother Earth is ready and our hearts and minds simply cannot allow this to continue and must move from divisive and exclusionary hate filled thoughts, and surround our spirit with the love it deserves. We share those good thoughts with others awakening and becoming more aware.

That birth memory or that creepy feeling you get when you see burnt cheese, eggs or milk and the skin on top, is peeled back. It's from seeing the fire brimstone and of creation of new universe of 3d which was caused by their creation and vibratory thoughts the other four times. This earth moves into 5th, as they slip into 2nd. They lowered their vibration and now have to redo it again to try and raise it, among what they have sown vibrationally in the universe they created. Their own world, since they like the matrix, but still quarantined from harming anyone outside that dimension, with their primitive thoughts of war and such. Maybe they will be in Neanderthal and have to start over, without those who are not immortal and a spiritual shell of themselves left behind? There is not right or wrong in the matter, only the choice them make from their hearts and minds.

The lower the frequency, the more assured they will go to the new lower 3d universe of worlds with that vibration to start over. They descend dimensionally like the minus sign in math, and we increase/ascend dimensionally as in the plus sign moving forward. Eventually if they don't they return to source to be re-incarnated to be a piece of Creator again feeling the incarnated souls on worlds as they grow/evolve.
As for the alphabet agency and their psycholoop of frequency, they can't touch us if we ground into mother earth that is receiving the frequency and ascending to pull us along. They said they knew of their practice to deceive/block the ascending souls at this time, and therefore are bombarding mother earth with the higher energy frequencies, that they can't stop. It's coming from the galactic center and they are powerful as well as meaningful to turn on our DNA.
They can get you from above, but they can't touch you grounded on the earth. use leather not rubber shoes and not synthetics this summer. All natural cloth and materials to stay grounded in the energy of life.
