Wow. Just watched it.
He's quite correct about the benefits of organization and civilization on many levels.
But for a smart physicist, he's got his math wrong here: he's making 1+1=3.
Not all state-sponsored "let's all work together towards common goals" organization is always for the benefit of everyone. Ask anyone who lived in Nazi Germany, or Stalin's Russia.
Of course Star Trek style organizations exist. And so (I'm sure) do evil empires. As below, so above - and not all organization is the same.
This is worrying: a perfect example of how popular opinion leaders are used (whether wittingly or not) to 'educate' us that whatever Big Brother proposes must automatically be in our best interests.
How ironic that just a few days ago was John Lennon's birthday - another opinion leader, who really did understand what was going on, who would certainly have had something very acidic to say about Kaku's ideas.
I've been told recently (and this is important) that there will soon be a push to criminalize the alternative media - and here are the first indicators of the thin end of a long wedge.

As usual mixed truths and lies. It is probably right the quote since the NWO sees free-thinkers as terrorists. As I see it they have two main enemies: free-thinkers that do not want to be part of their hive world (e.g. most people on this forum), and local oligarchs that do not want to yield their power (an example might be Venezuela's president Hugo Chavez).

I must say I agree Bill.
Kaku has got this one badly, badly wrong.
I find the reference to Star Trek quite funny. I have heard it said that many people think that this is the type of "Federation" that we would be moving into. How them seem to be correct.
One universal language, more than likely English? WOW! I think that the rest of the World will have something to say about that.
Bill you only have to look around you to see that Evil Empires exist on your front door my friend.

I think it must be research money asking time and for that you have to choose sides and literally lie till your teeth grind. Is too bad really cause I consider Michio to be one of the great physicist of our time. So much for his scientific analysis when he refer to anyone opposing change, NWO style, as a terrorist or a type one society as one who could recognize Obama or whose second language was English. I'm no genius but this must be the most inaccurate statement one of the most brilliant minds of our time could ever make.
He might as well held up a banner saying, NWO ALL THE WAY !!! I'm sure he'll get top dollars to continue his research.:crazy_pilot:

Hi Irishspirit,
[...]
Well, if I was sitting on the fence before wrt my opinion of this well-promoted surface cerebral capuchin of the NWO ... I am no longer. What a load of adulterated punch! Kaku's trichotomous division of civilizations: Type I, Type II, Type III, is nothing more than an argument of scale! It certainly isn't an argument of progressive civilization. Civilization doesn't hinge on the size of the reservoir of solar energy; it depends on how we manage the reservoir whatever its size.
But even if we were to indulge this NWO myrmidon and Mach-7 mouthpiece, Tesla would have opened the door to Kaku's touted Type I, a hundred years ago! Free energy existed early enough (in the history of modern humans) to curb the culture of fossil fuels and fiat money before it had a chance to set root. Now, those same interests that had kept us from Type I all these years, are now blaming us for the lack of development. Chutzpah to the power of chutzpah! Wot?
Mind you, labelling anti-NWOrderlings as terrorists is par for the course for those that have made the decision to opt out of the virtues of the human species ... and to fall all in into the pot of devil's gold. Thanks for the heads up, Irishspirit!

He knows more about physics then he letting us know.

I was saddened but not surprised by what Dr. Kaku said here.
His reasoning is typical of those who refuse to look at human history and acknowledge our propensity to enslave the many for the benefit of the few. It is an axiomatic quality of humankind, and no simple world government reorganization will curb this. Its equivalent to saying: more laws will curb human crime. The concept is absurd and yet we persist with it.
Those in power do not seek to share it...they seek to acquire more.
No, Earth will not make the transition into the Star-Trek version of the future by utilizing the same faulty (fundamental) principals of logic that got us to where we are. The very ideas of humankind and human society must fundamentally shift, (The human Mind System) and nothing less than a complete collapse of the dysfunctional current system will bring this about. It cannot be legislated into being.
The net of surveillance technology must be broken. The elements of our financial slavery must be dismantled one-by-one. and most importantly.....
Secrecy, ALL Secrecy must be acknowledged as an anathema to liberty, and to the human spirit itself.
There is no NWO that can grow from this current soil, this ground of being...that will bring anything but a fatal harvest. It is nothing more than intellectual conceit to think otherwise.

And the king said to his peasants:
"You're free to do as you please; as long as you're out of the way."
This video clip frightens me quite a bit. A clear illustration of what may be waiting ahead.

Also if our race keeps pillaging raping and poisoning the planet at the same rate,or should i say at even faster rates then we are nowadays and that would be the next step for all the corporations out there, because they gotta increase profits year after year since that's their mentality,so if they keep doing what they are doing to the planet at an even faster rate then the current one,i fail to see an earth surviving another 100 years like this,i laugh at him with his TYPE 1 civilization speech,he needs to stop watching sci-fi movies and get real, what a let down, its pathetic.

hence the importance of looking at the whole picture , seeing the little things that don't quite fit in with the rest of it
this is the most effective manipulation , the high percentage of truth being an effective vehicle for the delivery of the subtle agenda

Well now, he was probably the one of the last people I expected to see use the 'you're probably a terrorist' label.
I have to wonder, if this is a sign of things to come in the media.
"Anyone who doesn't support a New World Order is probably a moron."
"Anyone who doesn't support a New World Order is probably a racist."
"Anyone who doesn't support a New World Order is probably a criminal."
etc. . .

Michio Kaku.... Junk science, junk politics.
G.I.G.O.
Type 1: One World Govt.
Type 2: Star Trek.
Type 3: Star Wars Empire.
First thing I noticed is he makes no distinction as to quality of liberty, or life within these systems. His major selling point is about the benefits of 'combined efforts'. basically, an old tune; "The ends justify the means". Dare I say, "Good order" ?
Staying with his "TV governments" theme; His definition of "terrorist" blows right by, "Resistance is futile", and goes straight to, "Resistance is criminal".
The combination of:
Lack of discrimination (point 1) and
Suppression of resistance, or alternatives as 'terrorism' (point 2)
is particularly dangerous, and typical.
This is why any decent society has long ago locked up its ideologues.
"An idea is something you have. An ideology is something that has you." - Morris Berman

If the next big push is going to be to criminalise the alternative media, I suppose that means the next big false flag ( probably as soon as November ) is going to be a web event.
Has anyone else here heard anything about the new plan to get the BBC off the licience fee drip? I read somewhere that it's being proposed that they are going to be set up as the new gatekeepers of the 'english' internet www2. Also, that bandwidth will be progressively stripped away from www1 and realocated to www2 causing www1 to collapse and force all the trendies onwards and upwards while the refuseniks who won't put up with the new terms of service are left stranded in a dying www1 world.
I wish I could link to where I read it but as I understand it, one or two of the BBC 'board' are already involved in a new company that's been named as the likely candidate to set it all up.
Most worrying, to me, is that the plan for self financing is based on collection of FINES! and FEES!.
I wonder how many of you here have found BBC cookies in your cookie folders in the last year or so. I've found lots, without even going to the BBC website or watching any live TV on the web anywhere. AS a non TV licience payer ( I don't have a TV ), that gives me the JEEBIES!..
Sorry I can't( yet ) provide a source for this 'rumour'.

"Billion computers are connected and it is basically not controlled or even owned by a government or company. There are no laws"
That says it right there in the first second and third lines of the page in your link. So, they want a major "global" internet crisis to change all that for ever.
As I've always felt that they wouldn't "pull the plug" on the global economy until the very last moment before doing something massive, I fully expect something big shortly. The idea of a complete internet shutdown would have forced them to reverse the economy back out of the field of 'operation' first. Now we are in a state of economic collapse they can shut down the internet without the extent of flap and panick that it would have caused during a "bubble".
I hope I haven't hijacked this thread, but hopefully moved up a gear from wonderment of why a world renowned scientist would come out and set the stage like he has.

I mean this in the very kindest way possible to Dr. Kaku: You are not a social scientist, you are a physicist. That does not mean that you are not entitled to your opinion--you certainly are, just that the best possible future form of human organization might be beyond your area of expertise.
When you let scientists dictate social policy you end up with ideas such as eugenics, public education, and mass vaccination. They don't take the time to consider that anyone might take their policies and misapply them. The worst part of this misapplication is that it will have all the authority of science behind it so it will be beyond reproach.
That is a very frightening prospect.
