well i think it didnt touch the issue of legality and separating marihuana (for medical reasons) from the hard drugs. but i guess they didnt want to start that talks. Chip was very very scared when they were asking about legalization.
Why didnt they say that everywhere the drugs became legal ... drug use dropped by alot and criminal activity cause of drugs reduced to almost zero? They are saying drug addicts are responsible for the way the drug makers are providing the drugs? o.O ... the USA army is protecting the damn opium fields in afganistan ffs...
First remove the small offenders and focus on the big dealers ... not the addicts and the try to heal them. Jail time doesnt help anyone ... just makes more state expenses and destroys more peoples lives ... i mean they get drugs in the jails anyway.

I think you said it.....it got the idea of it being a health issue approach started..
I also agree they could have stood their ground about decreasing crime rate as well.
just the thought of having compassion towards this gigantic issue..
is a lovely thought... even if it's just being started.
long over due. he is most certainly using his
fame to help address things in a
positive direction for others.
