There was ...more than once to be correct ... advanced civilisation flourishing around and even 'in' the Black Sea ,
which at some parts of history coincided with that mythical 'Atlantean civilisation' though this would be merely one of its off shots.

I wasn't familiar with the video, but sure have visited some of our old sea towns. I certainly have felt the connection to this (already too poluted and destroyed as an eco-system ) sea.

I have known about the ancient gold, and I also have seen it in museums (here).
I have visited places, too, that speak volumes.
But nowhere around anyone would state openly any ET history as fact.

I have watched videos, in Bulgarian, just as this one is Bulgarian, with an English audio.
What I meant was that sometimes the way the wording goes acts as a pacifier, or as the opposite, depending on the wording.

Believe me, films about that I have watched. I even were a part of a research group trying to uncover the ancient thracian history.

Looked it over a few times and!
At first I thought it was a projection, noticing the widening line coming up from the right of picture but then!

I now believe it to be a failed missile or rocket, at first you could think 'wow a rotating spiral in the sky' well! yes there was one but! it could be made by a Pin-Wheeling, smoking rocket booster out of control,

To me I believe a portal would look less constructed and more like bursts and flashes of light or like a fluorescent light kicking in to ignition!

or it might look like nothing this side, just the object appearing!

Im not sure if you guys are joking or what but here goes. The first video is nothing to do with the title, you can see a small wire being shot at the power lines like a previous poster already pointed out. Ok, thats done, next.

This 2nd video I cannot believe that you guys dont know what this is about, does no one every visit Enterprise Mission website??? Hoagland and his team did a huge report on this. Short and sweet, turns out to be a HAARP style technology in Norway, you know, using plasmas to 'play' with the upper layers of the atmosphere. The spiral totally messed with the Russians missile test, which they admitted they conducted but fiercely protested that their missile malfunctioned. Also, Obama was in the area and this is all not coincidence. Depends what you mean by "the far north". Is southern England in the far north? The most northerly part of Ukraine is the same latitude as southern England.

And if there is anyone in North America who is not sure how far north Ukraine is (and I expect the TV news shows a map), glance at an atlas will indicate that the most northerly point of Ukraine is at the same latitude as Lake Superior and the most southerly point (The Crimea) at about the same latitude as Boston.

Far North - I really meant far north like almost at the arctic circle or northern edges of the continent though those are vast areas .

Afraid if the 'big lightening' down to the sea was IDed as the lost Boeing on way to Vietnam . It's strange that no one would see it though and it was close to sea coast .

Well I'm not convinced it's evidence of a 'portal' (whatever one of those is), but it could be evidence of the fairly rare and not understood earthquake lights as discussed and shown here (BBC News) (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-26462348).

I thought such flashes were likely to be power lines shorting as the cable supports shook violently, but apparently not...
