I felt that since I, a student of natural health and an author of a 400 page book on it, had little idea Vitamin E had so many important functions that I'd share this article I posted last year (http://veritascures.wordpress.com/2013/08/22/the-miracles-of-vitamin-e/). It's complete with a mini video documentary.
