That is incredible. I just read it.

My cousin Ainsley had a few OBE's as a teenager and young child.
Just like this woman says except she was totally able to see her body.
I guess it could have been an NDE, since she had an undiagnosed hole in her heart at the time of the OBE.

her sister had to practice for a long time in order to be able to do this via magic and meditation.
their brother seems to be able to do it occasionally but only under special conditions (i don't think we have experienced it since age 12, he and I).


I noticed something in Air Force tech school -- when people are super tired, for example when a tired student/trainee is taking notes in class,
and falls asleep while taking notes, normally the brain inhibits the range of motion of the body, and at that point begins to SYNTHESIZE the feeling of taking notes.
A person can be asleep thinking they are taking down a sentence, but when he or she wakes up, there is only a small scribble on the page.

This woman can apparently duplicate the "psuedo-feelings" or projected sensations of dreaming, in her waking life!!
I think it's very amazing and would love this talent. Imagine doing OBE to escape back pain or to recall a good memory.
Or even to help someone else find something important, i.e. a lost item or location.

there has got to be a use for what she is able to do.
Like examining things up close astrally that would be too dangerous physically, like looking at a bomb or minefield up close.

Or finding earthquake victims, etc.

What remains to be seen is if she is able to see things that her body could not, while synthesizing.

Remember the film Inception? The Architect? :) She was a really smart cookie, that one.
She was able to synthesize an entire CITY with her dreaming mind.

Yes very interesting..

a few short years ago science discovered something called mirror neurons, whereby when we are spectators of others playing sport... the neurons for the parts of the body being observed in motion fire-off in the corresponding areas of the brain.
All sounding similar to what's been discovered in the case of OBE's, does it not?

Personally, recall experiencing OBE's 3-4 times in my existence... with one of those times observing myself from above while meditating. Agree with Tesla.. that we all must know this experience well on the subliminal level / perhaps soul walking was a function much more on the surface of our consciousness and used as a survival tool in the days when we were prey for other species...
