Jo napot Czarek, what ever is your illness remember to try alternate natural ways , I've been use many very simple remedies also inexpensive, that works great for many different problems. the info is out there in the web, just dig. Investigate MMS, colidal sylver, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, even monoatomic gold. Who knows may be some of them works 4U. Good vibes are heading your way!

Ouch. I can only imagine how that hurts and I totally understand how it can be next to impossible to be calm and meditate. That is why I recommend to let all feelings pass thru, rather than trying to supress them. Also I recommend to avoid alcohol and to go out and do some sports. That burns out the adrenaline from your blood and relaxes. Trust me. Been there, done that.

Because you love your kids and won't to keep seeing them in your future you will get through and shake off the Anxiety.

Anxiety is my problem. Very hard to meditate.

There is no performance standard.

There are no "rules".

Free yourself from measuring up to an idealized outcome.

Never stop trying to meditate. Part of the "fun" is overcoming the massive problems associated with walking through that door into the inner world.

Just keep trying to meditate and ask those on your "team" (who will hear you) to help your descent into the inner silence.

If it were easy, everyone would be doing it!

Its not easy, anyone who has tried knows this, but still people get performance anxiety when they cant do it.

Just follow through on your intent.

Your intent is a signal.

Intent compounds on intent and soon overcomes the barriers.

Success will come and go as new things you need to work through come up.
