It has long been held in Buddhist tradition that accomplished monks accumulate a substance in their bodies that ordinary people do not.
This substance is left behind in a monk’s ashes when he is cremated, appearing as pearl-like beads or gems. The substance is thought to be accumulated from other realms, to be not quite of this world.
The beads are called sarira or ringsels. There appear to have been few studies done on this phenomenon. Some sources say the sarira have not been tested, because they are rare and considered sacred.
Stanford University physicist William A. Tiller, PhD., and a team of researchers have studied the energy surrounding sarira.
Nisha J. Manek, M.D., is the lead author of the report, which was presented at the annual Toward a Science of Consciousness Conference at the University of Arizona in 2012. Dr. Manek completed her specialty training at Stanford University and was a long-time Mayo Clinic faculty member before starting her work with Tiller’s Institute for Psychoenergetic Science.
Manek, who is not Buddhist, explained what she felt in the presence of the sarira: “I felt a tangible radiation of exquisite energy flowing from the relics to my heart center. It was highly private and personal, and yet conveyed an immense sense of Oneness or unity with everyone and everything. It had no counterpart in ordinary experience.”
The researchers used methods developed by Tiller to objectively measure what Manek perhaps subjectively felt to be an energy emanating from the relics.
Tiller has been studying the physical impact human consciousness has. He posits that there are two types of substances. One is the kind we are able to perceive with our conventional sensors; he describes these substances as being in the electric atom/molecule level.
The other kind exists in the space between the atoms and molecules.
We usually cannot perceive this other kind, which Tiller describes as having a higher thermodynamic free energy state—it is immensely powerful. Tiller says he has found a way to detect this substance, but only when it overlaps or interacts with the kind of electric atom/molecule substance we are able to perceive and measure. This does not always happen, as the two substances often remain separated.
Human intention activates a sort of in-between substance called deltrons. The deltrons facilitate the interaction between the two kinds of substances.
Tiller and Manek’s study of the relics found that the relics have been imprinted with human intention.
“Although we may not consider these objects … to have phenomenal consciousness, there is no doubt that an aspect of consciousness is imprinted into both kinds of objects. In the case of the Buddha relics, over hundreds of years, reverential ‘pumping’ has kept these objects imprinted. If there is no respect or love, the relics disappear,” the report states. The researchers also found that “the atom-molecules within the space [around the relics] are ordered more coherently.”
Sarira remain mysterious. It seems the cremation of ordinary people do not leave behind such substances, yet the sarira have not been definitively proven other-worldly.
Ebay is flooded with objects said to be sarira on sale for as little as $10. One Buddhist organization is selling a small collection of sarira for $4,000 to maintain its operations.
Tiller’s and Manek’s studies suggest the sarira may have a certain energy about them that can impact worshipers, but the energy may in part be projected onto the sarira by the worshipers.

Two things come to mind ... from 3D perspective - Kidney or gall stones first springs up to mind; from an ethereal perspective - crystals developed in other parts of the endocrine system to facilitate the 6th sense - as a quartz crystal receives high frequency radio signals of radio wave broadcasts, but developed naturally in the human body to facilitate reception of higher consciousness.
Gotta be one of those two ;) I may be inclined to assume that latter ;)

We are all stones and Yahushua/Jesus is the Rock. I guess the Creator is the all that is physical as well as spiritual, when the body is creamated the calcified pineal gland, may leave a stone. One of the texts, spoke of the "stones" as being man. I just can't seem to recall which text, I picked that up on. Boy, I'll be glad when all is revealed that is truth to us. The lessons learned of the truth, will stay in the mind and heart, as the multilayered lies told over the centuries and censorship should be disposed of when it is revealed. WE will all probably laugh at the conclusions we drew, while in these containers in 3D. LOL.

This is really interesting. I enjoy the various gems you find Skywizard! Hehe.
I know that the practices of the Tibetan lamas demonstrate what is possible. But then the people who believe in them also have the effect of keeping the "relics" intact so there is also demonstration there of the power of devotion.
I was taken by the discussion of Tiller's concept of deltron. I looked up more info. It is really valuable IMO to consider how our rituals, our sacred objects are "intention host devices".
The bridge, according to Tiller, is the Deltron. Deltrons are a hypothetical substance which can travel both faster than light and slower than light, and so penetrate the veil between the worlds, so to speak. This is of even more interest to us than most particle physics anomalies because Deltrons are, according to this theory, part of the emotional domain. The emotional domain apparently allows human intention to interact with Deltrons, bridging the mind and the physical world.
The theory predicts that successful “psychoenergetic” experiments occur when we have a higher electromagnetic gauge symmetry than usual. Human intention can accomplish this feat, according to the theory, and this allows the novel kind of connectivity between humans and objects that is found in all sorts of paranormal phenomena. Tiller has a device and procedure (the IIED) which he believes can measure this critical shift in electromagnetic gauge symmetry and can accept imprints of human intention.
Tiller’s theory says that human intention can create the conditions for paranormal phenomena because the human energy system (which coincides with the acupuncture meridians and Yogic chakras) actually exists in some sense at the elevated electromagnetic gauge symmetry level.
Bill Tiller charts what can best be called the science of consciousness. He shows us how “subtle energies”, a term he coined several decades ago, are sustaining and animating life, predicating physical existence.
Far from being simply things that communicate ideas and feelings, our thoughts are energy units, expressed in waves and particles—and as such, they touch all life, even the immaterial domains of the universe. Being able to control one’s mind and emotions is the goal of spiritual practices world-wide, the effect of which some call cosmic consciousness. It is said all becomes one, yet still differentiated. The Science of Consciousness
“The conventional paradigm says there is no place where any human quality of intention or consciousness can enter physics,” said Tiller, explaining the problem of ‘objectivity’ in science. Science is currently dominated by the belief that it is “not possible for humans to meaningfully interact with and change any aspect of physical reality, in particular, target experiments. My intuition said that was wrong, big-time… and my goal was to prove or disprove the supposition, to move the envelope.” Tiller has done more than simply move it. It is as if the envelope has levitated – the envelope of science itself, as Tiller is able to describe in precise and technical ways, how our consciousness conditions our environment through will, focused intent, and attention. It seems that our thoughts create an imprint in the etheric matrix. If we then apply our will to shaping this form, it will coalesce in the material realm. “Even the littlest of our conscious acts,’ stressed Tiller, “has an effect far beyond the range we are taught to believe is possible.”
Lattice Superstructure
Tiller has been working on a new model for over 30 years which he calls a “multidimensional simulator model”. This simulator shows the human reality surrounded by “lattices, or web-like structures that enable the interaction between the mind, the body, the soul – the material and immaterial domains.” He says that in the course of his research almost immediately, “it was necessary to expand the number of dimensions of our physical reality beyond the four we normally talk about. It became very quickly a ten dimensional model. As we ride the river of life together, the spirit aspect of self basically interacts with a ten dimensional simulator, a device, kind of a teaching machine. The structure of that teaching machine at the highest level, the level of mind, is basically as a set of nodal networks, of consciousness/energy conversion points in space which have an amazingly small spacing, like 10 to the minus 25 meters. Within that close packed network was a convertor of emanations from the mind domain to what, for the moment, we will call the etheric domain. PSYCHOENERGETIC MODEL
The main basis from where Dr. Tiller has been developing his Psychoenergetic Model is the particle/pilot wave concept, presented in 1920 by Louis de Broglie, for which he was awarded with the Nobel Prize of Physics in 1929. De Broglie postulated that every particle has a pilot wave associated to itself. Dr. Tiller states that the particle speed multiplied by the pilot wave speed always result in the light speed, squared. As, by relativity theory constraints, the particle speed has always to be lower than the speed of light, in consequence, the pilot wave speed must always be higher than the speed of light.
So, to equate this relation in an adequate and proper way, Dr. Tiller proposes a new Reference Frame, in fact a Duplex Reference Frame, in which there are two subspaces. One of them is our well known space-time or physical space and the other one is a reciprocal space to space-time, or conjugate physical space.
In summary, the Psychoenergetic Model of Dr. William Tiller can be seen represented in the following picture, extracted, with permission, from one of his books.

To understand Nature expressions, based on the association of each particle to its pilot wave, there must be a structure for better reference than that one which is constituted only by our ordinary 4 dimensions physical space. Such structure has foundation in a Duplex base space, composed by a Direct Space (D-Space) and a Reciprocal Space (R-Space), both inserted in a higher process, composed of 11 dimensions, like is shown in the picture above.
This Duplex base space is more adequate to describe the particle/pilot wave relation, since it comprehends two subspaces of 4 dimensions each. One of them owns as coordinates x, y, z and t (D-Space) and is associated with particles, while the other owns as coordinates x-1, y-1, z-1, and t-1 (R-Space), being useful to describe pilot waves. If we look carefully, we can observe that the coordinates of R-Space are correspondent to frequencies, three from space (x, y and z) and one from time (t).
From this basis, we can make the following considerations:
- Nature can be observed in its several expressions, simultaneously, from the point of view of a particle (D-space) and from that one of a pilot wave (R-space);
- So, a particular quality of Nature, let's say Q, brings, in itself, two different and conjugate contributions: one coming from the D-space - QD and the other from the R-space - QR, both interrelated, in a quantitative aspect, through a conjugate pair obtained by a Fourier Transformation;
- This way, in principle, an experimental measurement of Q can be separated in their parts QD and QR, - through a mathematical connectivity between the two subspaces, Direct and Reciprocal, procedure which forms a solid basis for the existence of an information entanglement between both aspects;
- As a consequence, each point in the D-Space is connected to all other points that are in the R-Space and vice-versa. The degree of this connectivity depends on some other factors, but mainly on the called Deltrons, which are like a substance existing in a more elevated dimension (Emotional Domain), outside the Relativity Theory limits. So, Deltrons are able to travel at speeds lower or higher than the speed of light, joining together, quantitatively, conjugate qualities of D-Space and of R-Space;
- Deltrons make possible local actions in the D-Space and non-local connections in the R-space;
- Consciousness and Intention can activate Deltrons to induce the coupling between R-Space and the D-Space. An Intention imprints a pattern in the Mind Domain. The mental waves thus generated activate Deltrons in the Emotional Domain and also imprint a specific pattern, which represents the intention, in the R-Space. Kathleen: Are the use of crystals, sacred items or other such ‘training wheels’ simplistic versions of intention host devices?
Dr. Tiller: Yes, and the key is to strongly Empower Them with your emotional intent!
Kathleen: Are the terms “Deltron Activation” and “Moving Heart Energy” synonymous?
Dr. Tiller: Deltrons are probably involved in “moving heart energy”, but deltron activation is an essential process for conditioning a space from the normal, uncoupled state of physical reality to the partially coupled state of physical reality. Only then, can your intention “tune” the space to manifest a specific intention! So, okay, there’s a relationship here not in any way quantitative because they’re not one to one. They’re in the same ball park. And we don’t know enough yet to answer your question properly.
Kathleen: In an article about your work is the following statement: “In this century, our job is to provide the quantitative relationship connecting the last two terms, energy and consciousness plus a reliable theory for the convertibility of any term to any other term. Thus, it is time for humans to both understand and seriously connect their individual inner worlds to the collective outer world and vice versa.”-Based on this statement, (in addition to inner self management techniques), what and how can a member of the general public contribute to this end goal?
Dr. Tiller: In the “Big Picture”, one can only try to perfect themselves with respect to thoughts, attitudes and actions and try to follow “the great Commandment” Love thy God with all thy heart, mind, soul and thy neighbor as thyself.
Look upon physical life in this space time classroom as a joyous adventure. Give to life, others and the world, the very best that you have to offer of yourself. Do this in all the small ways as well as the big ways. Be of service to others. Never give up and be joyful. Radiate your joy to the world around you and “keep on keeping on.”

What successes have you experienced or observed regarding ‘distance healing’ and the IIED thus far?
Dr. Tiller: I have casually observed distance healing by others via the telephone to locations anywhere on the planet but have not attempted a serious scientific study of the phenomenon except in the specific area of Reconnective healing.
With our Intention-Host Devices, we have conducted four carefully designed experiments that will ultimately change the world:
1. Change the pH (acid/alkaline balance) of water both UP or DOWN by one pH-unit with no chemical additives. This has been replicated by others in the U.S. and Europe.
2. Increased the chemical activity of the liver enzyme ALP (Alkaline phosphatase) by 25 to 30% by just 30 minutes exposure to an experimental space that had been conditioned to a higher than normal coupled state of physical reality at p<0.001.
3. Increased the ratio of ATP, the energy storage molecule, to its chemical precursor ADP in the cells of living fruit fly larvae by about 15% to 20% at p<0.001 by exposure during their entire lifetime to the adult fly state (~25 days). This significantly increased their physical fitness and significantly (~25%) decreased the larval development time to the adult fly stage. At the moment we are beginning to apply this new technology that have serious business applications in our everyday world.
Okay. When I looked at this terribly difficult issue of how to help the orthodox scientific community, I tried to think of what ways might help them become… unstuck. The first one was in the area of medicine because already there have been complimentary, alternative and the beginnings of energy and information medicine. And so I have been writing and doing things to point out the very different underlying physics for both orthodox medicine and CAM… alternative kinds of medicine. Orthodox medicine deals with the uncoupled state of reality whereas CAM, energy and information medicine deal with the partially coupled state of physical reality.

I know someone, who, much to my horror, had a pendant made out of their very impressive gall bladder stone. It was the size of a large olive, and hard and shiny like marble. It was a very dark, almost black colour, with a sheen of very dark green. With a gold chain and mounting it looked very dramatic and attractive, but I thought it very grotesque!!!!
I think the monks' stones are the same, but a different colour due to the monks' diet and environment. They are common--- just ask an oyster!!!
