Hi there,

I tried to access the records last night with the intention to learn about Atlantis. I think I got in there...I saw a huge obsidian like pyramid structure that was surrounded by smaller buildings and surrounded by water....it was so vibrant and beautiful!

Has anyone else any experience of Atlantis?

During some spare time recently, I've been working on one that's not quite of the norm for me and I named it Atlantis. Ive no idea where my influence has come from, but its been interesting to see it evolving!

Very Cool. Do you know if you had Astral Travelled or had an OBE? If i may.....During your meditation, could you give some minor details prior to your visit. Ex: Any weird Buzzing sounds, Sleep Paralysis, The Feeling of Floating above your bed. Im currently reading a book by Albert Taylor called Soul Traveler. He mentions these symptoms just prior to Astral Planing or having OBEs, is why im asking. If you havent heard of Dr Taylor here's a video you may want to give a listen.

I just felt absolutely relaxed...I dont recall feelings of floating or anything no. I just seemed to zone into a different state of consciousness!

I do however experience sleep paralysis a lot. One time I saw a huge creature on top of me...it look like an insect to some degree...but it wasnt...it did something to my arm and I felt an intense pain there! Like being bitten! It was a petrifying experience!

congrats to you , projecting your consciousness to where ever you wish is a huge jump on the evolutionary scale , the leaders of this world cannot control us when we all can look at the future and the past with our own minds ... it exposes every lie , and deception ... and thus forces us to investigate further ... from what I've read we are about to leave the third stage of development and enter the fourth , leaving intellectual life and entering real life , then on to creational life , spiritual life , then creation life ... our ET friends live in the fifth = creational life ... one their next jump they will no longer need a material body all the time ...

some of what I believe of the akashic records is a blueish green energy field/consciousness that surrounds the earth , stored in that energy is the memory of every life form that ever lived or will live on earth , mixed in with that is the old lyrians and the survivors of a destroyed planet Melona/Phateon ... It is a galactic library there for US ... like a personal memory bank for any human from any world that comes to earth and dies while on planet , it ensures their spirit form is brought up to speed when they re-incarnate back into a material body ...

Akashic record, Universal Library, mind of God/Source, all one and the same. There is nothing outside of the Mind of Source. Nothing. We can access any part of it that IT, allows us to access. All we have to do is concentrate out Intention on it, to experience it. simple.

Sorry but... If you are experiencing sleep paralysis you are being interfered with... its not a by product of astral travel, meditation or anything else like that. Something is toying with you and they are capable of making you see visions and various other paranormal things, even the things you see as being good.

Their doesn't need to be, they have a connection with you. Although I am not dis counting what you saw, I am only trying to make you aware that beings that manipulate (i.e. beings that use sleep paralysis) also trick you outside of the paralysis state with things that you see as good because it gets you to let your guard down.

I disagree with your statement. Sleep paralysis as described here by Albert Taylor may be of some pertinent info, personal fact and a key with respect to a Soul Travel or OBE. Please consider this interview listed below with an opened ear and an open mind. It Seems Mr. Taylor could be considered a credible source of Astral/OBE information.

And it can simply be a very tired person whose normal sleep paralysis (necessary to keep us safe while sleeping) just didn't quite turn off as the person is semiconscious. And if there is any residual energy or negative energy in the vicinity (such as sleeping in a marriage bed after the marriage is over and the ex's energy is still present and possibly oppressive, something picked up during the day that isn't an entity per se, but can change the flavor of the sleep paralysis experience to being unpleasant) around it can affect the experience. Yes, we are more open at waking and falling asleep, but it doesn't mean there is something attacking or manipulating. I'm not saying it can't happen, of course, but just that having sleep paralysis doesn't mean you are necessarily having anything but a reaction to stress, exhaustion, still being in a dream, or something not planning to trick us or take over.

Allowing fear to bring negative energy into an experience can make something that is already unpleasant seriously terrifying. To be clear, I'm not saying you shouldn't post a warning if you feel moved to do so or saying that you don't have reasons to feel as you do. I'm just saying as WhiteFeather did that I disagree with you that something besides the normal mechanism of sleep paralysis or something from a dream or lingering energy in the area has to be the reason for sleep paralysis.

I used to get sleep paralysis and various other paranormal things happening to me, I don't anymore. I got holographic kinetics to get rid of this and these happenings are gone, no ifs, buts or maybes, they are gone completely and I know what caused them. Sleep paralysis is caused by some other being toying with you for what ever purpose they want. This is not written in fear or anything else other than the desire to make people aware of the cause. I know this, it is a fact that I know through the experience of living with it then it being removed and me living free of it. The beings that were the cause of the sleep paralysis were the causes of many other things in my life, they actually used a lot of the info I had learnt on the internet against me (New agey unverifiable stuff). This was all originally created because they actually had an agreement with me, it was created under duress in a past life that they were holding over me for lots of lifetimes. Regard less of it being made under duress it is still a valid agreement under universal law, they know that and use our ignorance against us and keep us trapped playing their game.

This planet is actually rife with this kind of thing in its various forms and I see it from time to time in others that I can identify but since people will only wake up to it in their own time it causes me to sit back with no option but to let it happen to them since they are not ready to really look at this aspect of themselves yet. Everyone will get their eventually in the end it would just be good to see everyone get their quicker rather than later.

The truth of the matter will always remain the same but the freedom of choice on whether to look at it and address it is yours.

When people talk about obe ,astral travel, lucid dreams etc they are talking about subjective experiences.
Sometimes we express ourselves differently from others and this can cause confusion. We could all be talking about the same thing
and agreeing in essence but it could sound like we were talking about different things.
With my own experiences I do not like to label them as obe's,lucid dreaming etc, because sometimes I am not sure which they are. When you do an obe you are either going into a different dimension
via soul travel or your mind is going there. The greatest difficulty is remembering what happened, for me anyway and I like to keep a notebook by my bedside.Sometimes I think my mind tries to rationalize or obfusticate what has occured. For example I have travelled to different alien places but they have felt similar to places that I know on earth,in some cases they even look similar..............also I have experienced sleep paralysis, but up until now i.e reading this I had not related it to obe's etc. I can fight my way out of sleep paralysis and force myself to move.also for me at least I have very little control over obe's. A little note about fear, sometimes surprisingly I find some entities that I encounter are terrified of me, and not the other way around.
With the akashik record I don't know.sometimes I think i learn things that I just do not choose to remember, I just need to know that I will be ok.but I will say that as a younger man I read lots of books on these sort of things and it later turned out that the authors were frauds.so I would suggest caution and basically trust yourself and your own experiences

Interesting, I had a similar experience where I was floating at the side of this very tall building (the building looked like it belonged in a film of Ali Baba and the forty thieves) I also had someone at the side of me, I could not see them but I could hear their voice in my mind as we flew. Cut a long story short this voice said "if you wish you can look through the top window and all the questions to all the mysteries of the universe would be answered, the knowledge would be yours" I remember very clearly saying " I am not ready" and the experience ended.

I had another similar experience where I saw a shining city full of towers & structures which were jeweled in appearance and the waterfalls were beautiful , the people in the city floated and they used their mind to travel, they also wore brightly coloured capes. Again I had someone at the side of me saying this was Atlantis. My experience ended.

This past summer, I had an intense vision of a series of past lives. When the vision was concluded, I saw all these past life-lines, as if the "camera" had zoomed out from each one simultaneously. Imagine watching yourself, right now, from above; that view then continues to "zoom out" until you have a view of the planet that life took place on, and all the events in that life are happening in fast-forward and reverse, etc. That whole experience, contained.

As the "camera" zoomed out and my perspective broaded, I saw that each individual life-line was contained in a beautiful, jewel-like orb. These orbs were strung on strands; each strand, I sensed, had a similar theme or "lesson" that an orb (life-line) had focused around. All the strands were linked by a higher strand, uniting all these lives together in a much larger cosmic sense. I also had a sense that these strands were quite similar/familiar to DNA.

I hope to someday paint or write this vision, because it was so powerful and moving. I haven't done much research on what the Akashic record can look/feel like, so I don't know if this is typical or not ... but to me, that's what it felt like I was seeing!

I get a very strong feeling that some people would like to experience obe's astral projection etc, who haven't done so yet.....so for them, IMHE the best thing is to keep a notebook and a light by your bed. Write down all your dreams and refer to the m often, notice how one "dream" may appear different to another, the feelings and the inference that you get from it.......when you do this you will notice that your experience s of life are quite a bit different than you originally thought, you will notice things that are just a shade different to what you normally see....and then you will be as mad as I am LOL..........above all be patient , it won't happen all at once , although it can.and you won't be better , more intelligent or richer than before..... and most importantly don't listen to me listen to your self

Reflecting upon the experience, I felt at peace, home and I got the feeling that the pyramid was a place of healing. It was a very quick experience, I have never accessed the records before, so I found it difficult to hold onto the experience for a long period of time.
