In Art Bells Interview Alien Interrogation Area 51, Victor mentions that S4 went defunct in the 90's for ET & UFO stuff. Although Fact or Faked filmed an object descending quickly to the base much later in 2000's indicating that flights of strange craft continue to go to Area 51. The UFO Hunter show went to investigate Dugway and another group recently went there.
