Are they keeping records of "crimes" where charges have been dismissed either due to faulty record keeping or good behavior?
I.E. SoC agreements, Alford pleas, are those in the LinX too??

I'm not sure. I've been doing a lot of searches and reading on this and publicly, it's a rehash of the same info. A database of information whenever someone has any kind of contact with law enforcement. I do know a few LEO's and they claim their department does not participate as far as they know which could mean they don't know and someone else does the input/research or they are not be entirely truthful. I was an MP in the Army and CID did have access to certain databases. Way above my paygrade to be honest.
