The dollar is dying, the American empire is crumbling, and a lot of pundits are predicting The End.

Of course, they say it like it's a bad thing. As if the resource-gobbling, war-mongering, people-exploiting societies that have grown up on this planet are the way life is supposed to be. I simply can't think of any way that a truly good society can grow on Earth, unless it's preceded by a complete collapse of what now exists.

So, let's say that next year or the one after, we finally see the complete collapse of the unsustainable. What will happen?


On the Day After the Dollar Dies half of America’s 330 million people will have nothing to eat. They will have no means of getting enough Food Stamps to buy food to feed their families. They will not be able to pay their Utility bills. They will not be able to make their insurance and car payments. But they will have 350 million guns.

Hmmm...

Then there are the scientists who are courageous enough to say that climate change already has proceeded to the point where our extinction is unavoidable, maybe in the next 30 or 40 years. I'm not trying to spread fear. In fact, I'm hopeful for the future. I know that Avalonians are pretty well-informed. What do y'all think of our future? And how should we deal with it?

The cold hard truth , our thinking produces an energy that affects our world , nature , and everything around us ... the chaotic events yet to unfold , are a direct result of the thoughts of earth mankind , with all the war , greed , death , and lust for power , it leads to one path , we reap what we sow , history repeats itself ... after the chaos , we will live in a better world where we travel the stars in peace , just as our ancestors , we will evolve and find that peace and harmony is the way ... and less evolved races on any world must be kept from the knowledge of the corner stones of life , for just as we did , they will make weapons of death , instead of technology for life ...

If we don't get also get proactive and face the doom and gloom problems that are facing us, there will be no happy happy joy joy.

This new age mentality to ignore real and dangerous issues that affect our species in a bad way and think happy thoughts only is one of our most dangerous hurdles IMO.

apathy is our greatest problem ... if we don't stop our world leaders , they will do what they always do ... start wars , kill young men , and make money from it , and blackmail smaller countries into the global agenda ... the citizens must get involved locally ... the one thing politicians fear the most , bad press ...

To keep the world as it is today (aka: no collapse) means to continue the rape, torture, and murder of children. It means to continue long term starvation of entire societies. It means the continued discrimination against woman, including genital mutilation to prevent her from enjoying sex, forcing woman into bed and fetal position in life, and keeping her under man's foot. It means the continued enslavement of humans worldwide by those few masters stealing the lifeblood of the planet which we all need for future survival.

No thanks. It is not affirming good things to visualize no collapse.

I affirm that after complete collapse, those that emerge from the rubble will be operating under a different vibration and will be able, without the subversive destruction from psychopaths, to rebuild a better, more loving, true civilization.

LOVE... PEACE... HUMOR... is all we need...

I wish it were that simple. We do need more of those things. By and large, I try to keep my posts positive. However we have some major problems on Earth, and I don't think we'll accomplish more by wearing pink glasses than we will by discussing. I think we are headed for collapse of present systems and governments - in fact I think the process is well under way. I think we are entering a period of severe chaos that may be comparable to biblical events like the tribulation. We've certainly brought it on ourselves. My whole point, though, is that I believe there's every chance for a golden age at the other end - and again, that's in harmony with biblical teaching (interesting coincidence, don't you think)?

As a species, we need to step up to the next level of evolution or just plain old maturity. We act as if there's nothing between anarchy and tyranny. We can mend the planet if enough of us can adopt the paradigm of free choice and sovereignty concurrently with free choice to seek the common good rather than individual riches and power.

It (and I don't know if it's just the dollar) will to collapse soon, because it has to. Everything made of illusions and lies will eventually crumble... That's just the way it is, in the end the truth comes into light. We all may just hope that transition time is peaceful. We can collectively choose chaos or peace... So far we've chosen chaos... Maybe it's the time to give peace a chance?

What do y'all think of our future? And how should we deal with it?

It's likely going to go two ways. A split. One for those willing and able to experience a better reality, a positive outcome. The other, a harsher reality where survival will be difficult, very difficult for those ill-prepared. This IS necessary as some have to learn the hard way.
