There is the idea of an over all consciousness that encompasses everything, but then that brings up the question of whether or not that consciousness is omniscient and all powerful and whether it can and does intervene. Does it have complete knowledge of every single atom and their parts. If it allows for random chance at the quantum level, could something unpredictable happen such as a form arising to rival it, or is it just a set of rules that plays out or has played out every possibility within the rules.
Alex Collier talked about the Andromedans telling him of a group referred to as the Paa Tal, which he said created most of the physicality in the Universe. I'm not quite sure what he meant by that, but I think he referred to evidence of craft, structures, and worm holes they had built in the past, but it being a mystery what became of them.
Some have talked of light beings or energy beings, but I would wonder if they would have much power to affect what happens in the 3-D world. Are they mostly just observers, or are they powerful with the ability to step in and stop groups of Reptilians or others whose actions they may not like.
I remember Onyx Knight on this forum mentioning a group that is assimilating the consciousnesses of beings, which agree to it by reciting some type of phrase. This brings up the question of whether there is some being or group that won't allow the free will of some beings to be usurped without agreement.
Charles (Atticus) had mentioned a group that he said was doing an experiment on Earth and was wanting to see Humans Version 2.0 created through some sort of natural selection with "the 33" overseeing it, but Charles never did explain which group that was doing the experiment or tell us everything that is going on as he said he would. I think he did say that it wasn't the Anunnaki that was overseeing the experiment when someone specifically asked about them.
Most of the things I mentioned, I think I could find searching online, if anyone has any questions about some of the things I am specifically referring to.
