We were told that torture never worked as a person in pain will agree to anything.
Obvious threats and intense questioning is part of extreme situations, but the
excuse of 9/11 was and still is wrong imo and has put future US prisoners in more
peril than ever before.
I know most of us on here do not believe it was Bin Laden killed in Pakistan,
and he probably died years before.

Waterboarding and other harsh interrogation methods provided no key evidence in
the search for Osama bin Laden, according to a senate report obtained by the
Associated Press. The classified report by the Senate Intelligence Committee
examines the effectiveness of waterboarding and other interrogation techniques as
intelligence gathering tools. Congressional aides and other experts however have
refuted the AP's claim, saying that the report does not reach that conclusion. RT's
