I am not endorsing the presentation in this interview I am just noticing that an public official (former defense minister of Canada) takes this very seriously and talks about it publicly.

I was not able to confirm any of the claims of the above article except to find the interview with the former defense minister of Canada.

I did not find that alleged FSB report that stunned Russia.
