Spectators watching a soccer game on television noticed a strange figure running through the fans at a crowded stadium recently. The footage was broadcasted by Fox Sports from the Hernando Siles Stadium in Bolivia, the Huffington Post reported today.

All I can say is that strangely, the Bolivian tem and the Louisiana State University team had both Tiger in their name. I do not know if names are related to the shadows.

he didnt need to weave at all if u see the diagram, this is the wide walk way that most use to access one's seat etc, its just hard to see if not pointed out, listen im all in for knowing there are ghosts but i dont think this is one of them. just a guy running down a wide path with a little blurryness from the video .
