~Be very very aware of your thoughts ... especially when they are judge'MENTAL' - Who do they really serve? is it constructive? or destructive? is it part of a conditioning? or is it more holistic?

Know that everybody has a neutral judge-free (Dutch: "oordeelvrij") observer beyond dualistic thinking that has awareness about all "cause & effect" matrix of your life. You decide if you want it to SOLVE things not make things worse by giving power to a (fearful) "judgeMental" over-analytical thinker ... often no heart-feeling-connection and no flow! ... Exceed the program, choose to learn from LIVING affirmations (not mental constructs in your mind). You can do it, be kind to yourself :) :yes4:

Make: "Affirmations", see link: http://goo.gl/IIE40A not "theoretical" but LIVE IT! and that experience becomes your real teacher teaching you (your) living wisdoms!

~you are NOT your "thoughts", you only have them ... they come and go just like the waves of the Ocean :)

The title really caught my eye when skimming through all the new posts - in that, I have been catching myself being too judgmental on people I see at any given time. I know that it's not only destructive towards who I am overall, but in the grand scheme of things in life. When I start passing judgment on others, I will usually here that inner voice within me asking why I am doing such things and then proceed to analyze the passing of judgment as something which is a character flaw in myself. It's been a tedious process, that much I am certain of, but with all great difficulties, a little patience and self-reflection will suppress the judgmental part of me.

the Synchronicities in this forum are outstanding right now. This very video was posted yesterday in a Linksplatinum post on a "Scientific study how meditators can collapse quantum mechanics system at a distance" and another post brings it up by Aranuk untitled "Bruce Lipton and Tom Campbell discuss? " oh no, I can't remember I'm going to have to come back and edit the post. And I'm on my cell phone so I cannot seem to quote.

Coincidences are blowing my mind I'm going to have to stop and pick up the pieces anyway. It happens all the time I have a 70 percent success rate of putting it back together right. I kind of like it.

It keeps getting brought up, in some shape or form. Thanks.
