Since they've gouged domestic American citizens of everything they're worth, looks like they're going after those abroad.
“McCain seems to think that all Americans abroad are tax cheats, when in fact they aren’t, and their work overseas is vital to our economy by promoting the sale of our products around the world," Mr. Bopp told the Times.

The U.S. Citizen needs to learn how to manage their affairs in such a way as to minimize their exposure as "taxpayers" to the UNITED STATES; while tax evasion is illegal, tax avoidance is not. There are legitimate [legal] ways of doing this...they [IRS] can not take what you don't own, nor can they take what they can't find.
"Anyone may arrange his affairs so that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which best pays the treasury. There is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes. Over and over again the Courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everyone does it, rich and poor alike and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands."

This is good sound advice Lawman, yet I call Americans to higher standard. It's time to levy your potential.
What are we waiting for, a slow death?
