View Full Version : Hawking Finally Admits Black Holes Don't Exist

This is in 'There are no black holes': Notion of an 'event horizon', from which nothing can escape, is incompatible with quantum theory, physicist claims (nature.com) and Information Preservation and Weather Forecasting for Black Holes by Stephen Hawking (arxiv.org).

The nonexistence of black holes was already recognized from the start in the progressive community/truth movement because an event horizon cannot form. Even Einstein believed that black holes would not form. They are perhaps, in reality, dense plasma fields as is theorized in electric universe theory. This, of course, renders The Black Hole and any such storys meaningless or fantasy instead of sci-fi.

The admission is as much a miracle as J. Allen Hynek finally admitting the reality of UFOs. Is it a crack in the cement that will end orthodoxy addiction so official science (Empire of the Rants) can become rational, open-minded, moderate, and honest? Ain't gonna happen.

Is that the same Hawking that rewrote his theories after Keshe's presentation to a University, or something like that? And if there are no black holes then what is creating the gravitational vortex where nothing appears to be... Also in one of the observations, from his own movie. "A Brief History Of Time" (which I still enjoy) there was an observations made of a black hole spinning around a Quasar? (or some star) They said it was detected because they could see something dark every time it passed in front of the quasar? So I wonder what were they looking at... ?

Good stuff... thanks

In addition to the idea of an area of space where the density of matter tends towards infinity, you have the opposite: the total vacuum, where the density of matter reaches absolute zero. Tom van Flandern explains how to all intents and purposes such a space cannot exist, since particles would behave exactly as if it did not exist. Maybe these are just attempts at conceiving other universes where the laws of physics of our universe do not apply.

I can't stand how these media outlets parrot barely understood nonsense -- this is the same fool who leaves the divine out of his Theories of Everything.

There is a LOT we do not understand about these objects, and I won't be surprised to hear of drastic changes to existing theories as huge financial drain doomsday projects like the damned LHC continue to ACCRETE MASS... lol

"excuse me sir but your accretion disc is showing".

hydraulic theories of waveforms?

That ring of water in your kitchen sink is actually a model white hole. For the first time, scientists have shown experimentally that liquid flowing from a tap embodies the same physics as the time-reversed equivalent of black holes.

When a stream of tap water hits the flat surface of the sink, it spreads out into a thin disc bounded by a raised lip, called the hydraulic jump. Physicists’ puzzlement with this jump dates back to Lord Rayleigh in 1914. More recently, physicists have suggested that, if the water waves inside the disc move faster than the waves outside, the jump could serve as an analogue event horizon. Water can approach the ring from outside, but it can’t get in.

“The jump would therefore constitute a one-directional membrane or white hole,” wrote physicist Gil Jannes and Germain Rousseaux of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France and colleagues in a study on ArXiv Oct. 8. “Surface waves outside the jump cannot penetrate in the inner region; they are trapped outside in precisely the same sense as light is trapped inside a black hole.”

I wish a black hole would ****ing suck my neighbors in -- the frat house across the parking lot is keeping my whole building awake tonight.

Forget about his position, or the so called status, it is all theoretical for the most part. In fact Hawking's is going in the wrong direction in some of his work, and that's from those that work in the black.

What can this theoretical knowledge give us? Does it matter if black holes exist or not?

Our "Theories" on the nature and behavior of just our Solar System let alone Our Galaxy, Our "Universe" and "Density" within it are basically cave drawings IMHO...

The more we are convinced we know, and spend on learning more... the more we find out we had it wrong all along. Maybe the basic, basics... are right, But until "Science" becomes more than a Guarded Religion and truly opens up (As it has in the Deep Black Programs) we will continue scratching new idea's on the cave walls by the flickering light of a camp fire.

It makes for some great reading and nice mind exercises though... and lots of great book sales!

The facts of the ‘Black Hole of Calcutta’ incident which gave its name to the astronomical variety have also come under critical scrutiny, and while it did happen, it seems to have been on a much smaller scale than advertised for political purposes.

What can this theoretical knowledge give us? Does it matter if black holes exist or not?

Good question.
Reality begins with our thoughts, or where someone directs their consciousness.
So the masses are led to those "scientists" or thinkers, that most reflect the agenda of the moment.

All extreme points of the spectrum, when contemplated, eventually lead one to do a flip...
and swing to the opposite.

As long as one knows how to look, and when to switch.
And not to forget to look to a healthy midpoint, in the center, where the dynamic of opposite poles is greatest.

Black holes are an abstract term for Nietzsche's abyss.
If you look at it long enough you'll end up in it.

It certainly does matter if black holes exist or not because it's a question of truth. If you get it wrong about physics you'll get it wrong about other things. It's all connected.

Also, orthodox scientists use tricks to make their fallacies look real. They give this or that their own spin so that it supposedly fits into their theory. This is what they've done with relativity n plate tectonics, for instance. I imagine this is what occured with the tap n the "white hole."
