This wonderful interview with Prakash Mackay has confirmed for me the importance of trying to live life without fear of expressing our fears, grief, emotions - the negative and the positive - as honestly and as truly as we can and to encourage the same in those we share our lives with. When it comes time to cross that last divide, we just might find it that bit easier........
