They've already been told there will be NO More Thermonuclear wars, what part of that don't they comprehend. It would take a really depraved mind to launch all missiles of mass destruction, and I seriously doubt also that even minute discharges will be tolerated, especially due to the large amounts of methane at this time, escaping into the atmosphere. This is their proof that star wars exists, it they want to take it that far. It simply will not be allowed, by those of the good, that love this planet and heavenly eco-system that cleanses itself every 26,000 years. This is very interesting. However, it is only called a ufo because we do not know what it is. Somebody surely does. The Russians probably do. The US has craft capable of this, which I would guess would be the most obvious explanation, so there is no certainty that ET's were preventing Russia from launching nuclear weapons or technology for those weapons. It might be that but there is as yet no proof of that from this footage.
Right now Russia is in a psy-op "war" with the cabal. Maybe just part of that...

well, consider the Space x saga, of suing the US government for using the Russian Rockets.

Probably a way of funneling US public money into black ops projects. To charge 10x what the launches are worth, into a system that is apparently built on absolute corruption. It was a satellite orbital insertion flight. They take the satellite up to the requisite orbital 'height' (distance from earth) and let it go. Then the satellite steers itself to the correct position/orientation...and begins operation. If all goes well, that is.

In this case, the surface rocket to orbital position, In LOE, "Low Earth Orbit", did not work.
