The truth is... we live in a very complicated commercial world. A world so misunderstood and confusing, it's easy for people to get into trouble without knowing how or why. My goal is to help folks understand how commerce really works, so that they have the knowledge and the confidence to safely navigate through the commercial maze.

Originally, the term "Commerce" rightfully defined the ‘interchange and exchange’ between states or nations. However, over a period of many centuries, the definition of “commerce” has expanded to include trade between individuals.

The mission of Winston Shrout Solutions In Commerce is to provide material that encourages, supports, and assists as many people as possible in completing their commercial education. And, as they venture out into the world of commerce, at least they will be aware of some of the relevant history, the educational material available, and some possible remedies that may be useful in navigating through the commercial maze. Solutions In Commerce addresses such topics as bankruptcy, court room procedures, facts and agreements, failure of consideration, refused for cause, unlawful detainer, habeas corpus, bonds, corporate franchise, benefit privileges, the difference between legal title and lawful possession... and a great deal more.

At about the one hour and fifteen minute mark, Winston Shrout mentions that he and Kieth Scott filed commercial liens against the Federal Reserve (in 2012) and in essence, stopped the renewal of the Federal Reserve charter and therefore caused them to no longer be outside the purview of the Treasury Department. It's unclear if he is referring to the corporate Treasury which is still under the bankruptcy and receivership of 1933 and renewed in 2001, or if he is referring to the original organic Treasury of 1778.

He also mentions "The Plan of the Experts" as drafted in 1928, which had we followed it, we would have reduced the debt to zero and gone onto a sound system of commerce and away from the Levitican system. I've never heard of the plan of the experts before, and maybe someone like sigma, who has a larger context with the teachings of Winston Shrout, could collaborate.

Winston really loses Alfred with the idea of the remedy as "setoff" and reduction to zero and back to unity, when we are so used to a linear Levitican system. He has no concept of the distinction between public and private. Winston loses me when he starts talking about the hollow earth and how we need to go back to economics like in the hollow earth and the 10 foot tall inhabitants there. Winston says he is working with a Pleiadian.

This interview barely scratches the surface and did more to confuse than clarify.

Like everything in life there’s a big difference between talking about injustices and doing something practical about it. To my way of thinking the elites could not careless what anyone thinks or knows as long as you do nothing.

I understand there is a widespread belief that the human mind is a lot more powerful that most people realise and I’m inclined to agree. But if someone keeps robbing you no amount of good thought is going to stop it, some will disagree. I think we should do both.

The only way there is going to be any positive change in the world is when there is mass awareness and understanding about the realities. Unfortunately many people are either not ready or simply don’t care about the existence of ET because it’s perhaps a step too far at the moment. Many people are too conditioned and will only believe when the President of the US stands side by side ET and their ship on the lawns of the White house.

From a practical point of view educating the masses, including politicians about the corruption and manipulation of our banking system is doable. Also a campaign to force governments to investigate the existence of zero-point energy is also doable if enough people get involved.

I recently directed people to a UK website focusing on banning chemtrails. The website is well organised where it is very easy to sign a petition as well as email your local member of parliament. The site also tracks of replies from the politicians so they can be held to account. www.chemtrailsprojectuk.com

I think this website is a good example of how to focus on a single issue where factual evidence and arguments can be presented which both raises awareness and allows people to get involved if they chose to. Campaign 1 could be to reform the banking system, campaign 2 could be to investigate the existence of zero-point energy, and so on. If enough people sign petitions and write to the politicians then something will happen. I am sure people like Paul Hellyer would lend his expertise and endorse it if it was done professionally.

I am sure there are enough skills within the Avalon membership to do this, what do people think?

I have given some attention and thought to the purported system of free labor and exchange of its products among the population of the inner earth people. The problem seems to be one of Organization, or in our case, Reorganization from our complicated system to theirs. The system of beneficent rulers over lower level organized groupings sounds interesting. The Devil is always in the Details, but if they can do it, so can we. We definitely need their help and guidance with organizing the details, groupings, etc., in moving from our system to theirs. I must emphasize to them, however, that world genocide is totally unnecessary and brutal and self defeating. Controls on population which are fair and common to all can be agreed upon in civilized fashion. Sharula Dux where are you? We need to dialogue with you on this on Avalon. Amor

Inner earth, do we have to go that far to create a system of commerce? What about St Germaine, and I thought the Founding Fathers (a freemason term if I ever heard one) also corresponded with the natives in consulting on how to create a government of free people... Anyhow this is interesting I look forward to see where Winston is going to take this... If you could only get through his customer service dept... :p

update: wow, really enjoyed this interview... downloading, way to go Alfred, I think he was a good match for Winston, because he had some legal concepts to interact with Winston... very fascinating listening to this again...
