View Full Version : Shut down the Internet - go ahead!

LMAO! This question was asked on GLP - what would these people do if their forum was suddenly shutdown in a state of emergency? Really?

I say take that a step further and make that the whole Internet. What would we all do?
You have to laugh at this because people will do what they do best. They'd HAVE TO start talking directly to each other! And that will really scare TPTW. This will strengthen us like nothing else. They don't want us doing that because then organized actions will start to take place. We'll take back our world even faster! AND when it's all said and done, we'll get our Internet back anyway....

So, who's worried about the Internet getting shut down?

Direct face-to-face conversation is becoming a lost art. You go out to dinner and entire families are sitting at a table texting on their phones, not speaking to each other.

The one thing I would miss about internet loss, would be the rapid long distance communication from all corners of the world.

On Avalon, I love the fact we are from so many varied locations, it's like having on the spot reporters telling what's really happening in their corner of the world. I lot of things I would never hear about because mainstream media does not report them.

You are correct Maia G, that we would have to communicate with those near us. My problem is would they be like- minded and caring enough to get off their as$es and actually do something? Or would they accept it as long as they have their other toys unaffected. So many people still rely and believe what they hear on mainstream media, it's a crying shame.

Defibrillator shock treatment. Yes. I welcome the internet shut down.

I'll miss shopping for essentials on line that are impossible to purchase where I live. They're the products I use to counter the dark ones game.

Oops, this is about communication. Ha! I guess I'm one of those that need to get out and do the face to face.

On that topic, I've noticed a decrease in eye contact. One silly experience last week:

I was on a walk. From the opposite direction, there was a mom and daughter who was texting the whole way. I greeted them with, “Hello. Real person right here saying 'have a nice day'.” The mom busted out laughing and the daughter kept texting. Absolutely no affect whatsoever. No eye contact, no smile, not even an OMG or an LOL.

In her defense, she may have been texting WFIMF. (weird freak in my face)

When we disconnect from online and reconnect with each other and our planet , things will change fast ... not to be taken as a downer but , how much more information is needed to know that earth is in trouble , our animals die in mass numbers , our fellow human beings are homeless and hungry and have boot from the police state on their neck ... The government of most countries lie , steal , kill , and ignore laws and social contracts with citizens ... My country has been at War since the day I was born , 1965 , I don't know what peace looks like , maybe an EMP is what it takes to restore the balance , so go ahead take down the web , we will march on ...

Maia, this is an interesting phenomenon, as the above posts observations indicate. We would have to talk to our neighbors? OMG!!! WTF!!! LOL!!!

Mainstream media has marginalized your neighbors into psychopathic criminals, terrorists, pedophiles, crazy murderers, and gun toting militia survivalists. Why would anyone want to talk to people like that?

What we need is more rules, regulations, statutes, and laws supported by a domestic paramilitary force that has unlimited unilateral discretion to arrest and detain anyone without probable cause and convict them without any peer reviewed trial, based on their digital profile in their NSA file! It's about time we get rid of all the unwanted miscreants and herd them into the FEMA camps! We need a global government to take control and maintain order!

I was trying to explain to people, back in the 90's..that the direction this was going in..was the trend toward an artificial interface in all aspects of body-to-world connection.

when that is complete or even partially complete,or even one facet complete..the artificial shift begins and the takeover begins.

However, we have learned that it is deeper than that.

That the electronic layer insertion is actually what would make it recursive, as a layer of artificiality already exists.

We're talking about stepping back from that proffered reflection or stepping deeper into a second tier of matrix.

The discussion of the words 'evil' or 'good', if they, as words, are even relevant to anything at all....I'll leave that to others.

I will say, that to me, they are shades, degrees of contrast, with which all of existence as you know it, at any level... could not 'be', without them. So don't get too attached to their reflections. It's a complete waste of 'time'.

Our technology advanced but we didn't , most are not mature enough to handle technology , as our insane leaders use everything for weapons applications first , and never for the good of the human race ... The internet is powered by Reagans stars wars project , 18 high tech satellites orbiting earth ... They say the internet is only 10 percent of what the satellites can do ...

If I didn't know any better I'd swear most of you are advocating the shutdown of the internet! Bunch of darn terrorists! :spy::spy::spy:

By the way Carmody, that poster is priceless. My wife and kids went out to dinner the other night and at one table of about 8-10 adults and children literally every single person was staring at a smart phone screen. We were on our way out and we all just stopped and couldn't help but stare at them. It was funny, appalling, sad and probably some other emotions all at once. Can't wait to show this poster to my wife...

Internet for me has been a fast-track-knowledge-injection for me.
It has brought news and views, information from all around the world to my lil grey cells.
It has helped bring out Whistle blowers and documents which would have been unheard/unread in the normal media/communications of old!

It has shown the PTB to be scared, because what really scares them is knowledge in the population, we all know they wan't us dumb-down! well what better aid than to shut mass communication, IE the Internet.

Not to mention all the other great knowledge and health links out there!

gripreaper I read you there lol!

The internet has shown me how important these days are to raise one's Vib's and focus in such a manner!
The internet and sites like Avalon have shown me many techniques and tips on this all important subject!

Like most technology on the Earth, it and our energies get wasted because of mismanagement, mainly the PTW that is. WE end up losing it! or it never even gets to our hands in the first place!

Long Live the Internet,
Love, Peace and hugs to all

I met the person who helped me "wake up" in a social chat room in the internet.
The internet helped me find information that I could not find in the bookstores about the truth to our reality.
It kept me sane during a very lonely stage of the awakening process, when everyone around me looked at me like I had finally lost my sanity.
It was a beacon of light in an upside down universe where the very foundation of my very existence was being torn down.

I would hate to see that light being taken away from someone in a similar situation. But maybe the world today is more awake as a whole than it was ten years ago?

Come what may...I believe we will still adapt as the truth comes to the top.

ARH, ARH, ARH! Sarcasm! Just think, communication with one another will enlighten many to what you just said and more, gripereaper! My neighbors still don't have a clue that these things are going on.... The US govt would never do such things....Riiiiiiight!

Nah! We're advocating to not fear it because in the end we'll straighten it all out and have it all back better than ever.
(Shhhhhh about the terrorist thing! Don't give them anymore ideas!)

I agree with you, Sunny-side-up. The internet is a wonderful source of information. Right now, it seems to be used against us. Just think what it would be like when they shut it down, thinking that they're controlling us, that all that wonderful information will be coming directly out of our mouths to people who never even knew about it. Boy, will we have alot to say! TPTW won't stand a chance.

Actually, folks, it might happen anyway. The Internet might go dark without government interference. Most of you have read that the Earth's magnetosphere has been decreasing. That means much more cosmic rays bombarding us, our satellites, and other electronics. No one is sure how strongly or how soon the cosmic rays will be hitting us. It could happen in less than ten years. Nearly all surface electronic will fail. That means your pocket phones, and your cars too. So, we'll have to WALK across the street to talk with our neighbours - instead of driving there.
