As a good (amateur) data miner, I try to extract data from the most unlikely places. I examine it, verify it, classify it, and save the best bits. Here is a specimen which I found recently. I am saving the historical and medical background information, it’s indeed most valuable. I found it in a video which advertises a health product.

I have not tried the product, consequently I cannot say much about it, nor endorse it. It may be good, or it may not. As I said, I am interested in the background information provided, which is very well researched … and it is true.

As always, Mother Nature invented the best alternatives. If you are not in any very serious health condition which calls for a specific preparation, like the above, try this delicious food, and routinely add it to your diet. I know there are many other foods which serve the same purpose, and are equally tasty.

You may find more comprehensive information in this interview, although I do not share the view that with probiotics, or rather, a balanced flora, man can eat all sorts of meats and get away with it. But then I am a vegetarian, and I do not eat meat for many more reasons, other than health.

Yes, sugar is a toxic drug that governments have lied about. It's no surprise that our royal family live a long and healthy life.
