That's amazing.
Is it genuine?

cell phones, or small sensor imaging devices, like that of a cell phone, they have poor resolution, due to the tiny lens sizes, and tiny imaging sensors.
In order for those tiny lenses and tiny sensors to pick up an image of any quality, they have..compared to regular well known lens reflections and flares.. differently shaped reflections and flares from the norm. The lens shapes required to make them work.... tend to give them sun dog type flares.
That was a dark scene, with a streetlight in a very specific spot and angle.
When they initially tried to capture this 'thing', or 'light bit', they lost it. it went away. When they held the camera, which was probably on a cell phone..when it was held at a specific angle, then this 'light thing' appeared, again.
Then, they zoomed in, digitally, and there it was. Not high resolution, but what appears to be a light reflection from the streetlight, inside of the camera. A camera, due to it's design and implementation, is prone to such light reflection distortions, from such powerful contrast differences and extreme light differentials.. such as a near night lighting condition vs an intense street light.
