This is a prediction and predictions do not always come to pass. I sincerely hope this one never happens.
How I Got Into This
About two years ago, I started getting pictures in my head about drastic changes to the coastlines of the United States. Long ago, I had seen maps drawn by the US Navy of predicted ‘Earth changes’. Also like you, I remembered reading those Earth change predictions by Edgar Casey. But what I was seeing was very different. I looked on the Internet in vain for any maps that looked similar to my own drawings. I spent years improving my map - focusing on the USA and Central America and asking why and how. I filled in the map one dot at a time using a dowsing pendulum for yes or no. I was 'told' what areas of the map to work on. This seems to be a type of channeling. I recently showed my of USA and Central America to some friends, but without the weapon concept. The map was posted on Project Avalon and also on my web site at http://www.light.ec without explanation. People asked how this could come about. The disturbances do not 'line up' with known fault lines or tectonic plate edges. If you compare, you will see there are many significant differences with Casey’s predictions and with other maps. Not sure what I was really looking for, be it criticism, explanation, acceptance or rejection, I got it all. For a long time, I had little idea what could cause such a catastrophe, and what little ideas I had were wrong. When the real truth hit me, it was like a blockbuster! These horrific changes will be caused by a secret weapon developed by the USA for the CIA. I couldn't believe it. You probably won't either. Friends told me not to publish this yet. It's too dangerous. But my meditations have been telling me for a month. "Publish." Why? No one will believe this. Even I still have trouble with it. Is it that important? "Yes." Now it's on my web site, and on this forum. Most likely I am safe from serious attacks by the US CIA because they realise people will not believe this story.
The Tectonic Weapon
The US secret government is designing a terrible new weapon. It is a weapon that will make major changes to the elevation of the land by causing a directed resonance condition in the underlying tectonic plate. Tectonic resonance means induction of extremely slow (most likely imperceptible) vibrations in the plate by huge synchronised pulses of energy. It will make islands disappear and change coastlines. It will submerge whole cities. This is an Earth-changing weapon that is not yet deployable, but its time will come soon. The technology makes use of the crystalline grid, consuming tremendous amounts of freely available energy - an energy we are told does not exist. This is what will replace HAARP which is being dismantled this year.
Japan
Japan plays a unique but tragic role in this story. In 1945 when I was two years old, the USA unleashed horrendous nuclear devices against Japan killing and maiming millions there, and scaring the the bejesus out of the rest of the world population. Those weapons released the tremendous energy that only a few knew was stored inside the atom. In 2011, the USA attacked Japan once more using its HAARP weapon. Few realised the power of HAARP. It created the Fukushima earthquake and tsunami that you watched on the news. The new tectonic weapon that I write about here will use an awesome energy that will dwarf any weapon unleashed before. Sadly, Japan will play yet another tragic role when this new weapon has been perfected. Why Japan? I have read some of the speculation, but have not verified it to my satisfaction.
The Future Timeline
In 2016, the US military will conduct small tests in secret on the tectonic plate directed resonance weapon, with some encouraging success. Few will even notice let alone understand these tests.
In 2018, the US military will use this tectonic weapon for the first time in anger - against Japan. The weapon will be successful in destroying most of that nation. The Northern islands will be gone. Is this history repeating? Is time circular?
In 2020, the US military will use it against Colombia, but the weapon will backfire and cause such massive changes that the US will be nearly torn in two. Take a look at my map of the USA and Central America. Similar changes will also occur in many other parts of the Earth. If those in power were to read this message, they would not believe that such consequences could come about. That means this warning will not influence them.

North America
The year is 2020. The USA is nearly split in two parts. The entire state of Louisiana is submerged. The Missouri river through the state of Missouri has become a sea-level passage creating an island out of most of Missouri and Arkansas. Much of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska is gone. Also many cities are inundated. Gone are Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Kansas City KS, Omaha, and Pensacola, many Mississippi river towns, including part of St Louis. All of the lost land will remain lost for the foreseeable future. There is huge, new land extending West from Oregon and Northern California and across the Pacific Ocean.
Central America
Curiously, new land now extends East and South from Florida into the Caribbean islands and beyond to South America. For Central America, nearly all of the Yucatan Peninsula and huge portions of Honduras and Nicaragua are lost. Panama is split in two by a strait more than 100 miles wide. Panama City is surviving. Most Caribbean islands have gained huge new land, but are connected thus placing their identity as separate island nations in jeopardy. As people and nations become settled in their new situation, this new land will be fought over. The Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea are closed to the Atlantic Ocean, but open to the Pacific via the new Strait of Panama.
South America
The significant Earth change in South America is the huge new land extending East from Venezuela. This new land will also become a military prize. Caracas is now land bound.
Pace Of Change
These changes have unfolded slowly over a three month period early in the year. People were able to easily leave the flooding lands, abandoning their homes and livelihood behind. Few lives were lost, yet many are now changed, forever.
The World View In 2020

The year is 2020. Much of the world has changed. Major portions of land have been lost forever to the oceans accompanied with much sorrow and grief. A new continent has risen out of the Pacific Ocean. Nations are gearing up to fight over this new prize. Large parts of Alaska have been lost. The Gulf Stream has been cut off from it’s largest source of heat. The effect of the changes in Europe is staggering. The Netherlands is gone. England is now joined to the continent. Major portions of France are submerged. Worse, the Gulf Stream which has supplied Europe which warmth for millennia is now blocked from its heat source. Israel and Jordan are gone with the exception of some highlands. What is left of Japan, devastated in 2018, is now connected to mainland Asia with uncertain consequences. There is huge, new land stretching across the Pacific Ocean.

You must understand my part in this. This story is so unbelievable that I took my time in getting it all out. My sources are entities in the light. They send me information via meditation and channeling. I write down what I am given, confirm each sentence more than once by dowsing. So my sources are spiritual and not of this Earth. I wrote this after periods of channeling, but before I published this, I let it sit while having asked many times for confirmation from several other-world sources. In meditation, I was told that the potentials of this Earth change occurrence are large and are irreversible. I still hope that that last sentence is in error.
