Well, I don't have a strong feeling of an accompanying quake or pairing but I wouldn't be surprised to see something pop around six magnitude off the coast of Oregon /Washington but maybe up as far south as Alaska. I would also look at Chile which northern is pretty active but I would pick more southern. Japan seems quite active to me too but I wouldn't say they look like precursors. Nevertheless, Japan should be on the list. My other area of interest would probably be the Middle East. I wouldn't think as far as Greece and they seem quiet now. I hope mostly quiet.

Just a note on the progress of this prediction of quakes over 4.5 magnitude after this bigger quake. There were three quakes in Chile, 2 in southern Alaska, 2 in Japan (although I thought there was a third one it probably was downgraded), 1 in Afghanistan and one in Turkey=2 in the Middle East, and one in the South mid-Atlantic ridge. These are above 4.5 magnitude and there was a new one In New Guinea, so I should be recalculated locations but I think these locations Stand for now, I'm still expecting something of magnitude 6 to 6.5. I usually get myself one to three days to see how this plays, so I'm going to wait yet. Also note: one of those Chile quakes was already listed before I put my prediction out, if I remember correctly.
