"Grounded" is an independent feature film about what is considered by many authorities to be "The Greatest Health RE-discovery of All Time". The concept was tested on the people of Haines, Alaska , (population 1,700.) Now showing on Youtube for free for a limited time."

Watched this, and then after work went out and walked on the grass barefoot in the back garden, have to say it did help shed the stress off the day that occurred due to my unfortunate part in this reality's work slavery...

That was a great film, lets hope it stays a free film so as many people as possible can see it unrestricted.

Thanks for posting.

I could swear the fava plants in my garden were whispering "make love, make love!" so I just spontaneously chanted HU to them whilst gently brushing them side to side and imagining coming into resonance with all that I touch today.

Maybe its a decade of celibacy (since my husband had a stroke) - or perhaps being humbled for over 20 years with movement disorder like early onset parkinsons (if I had to describe that dis-ease in one word it would be ~ungrounded~)(and being married to someone old enough to be my father-safe but not sexy -unable t o take flight) has placed me in the observer perspective of sensuality stripped of spontaneous kinesthetic connection.

It is a moment of grace to deeplyconnect with the earth...try as I might I can't make it happen...it just does in rare moments. What a sweet zone it tis. Not that it isn't helpful, even essential for well being, but, if baring the soles of ones' feet were enough to dissolve division between myself and the earth I would be moving effortlessly by now. But how does one coax the earth mother to speak or perhaps a better question is how to listen?

meanwhile guess I'll meditate and...make love...make love ... to life.

.... but if the time comes for me to dance....oh YES! Love is the only cure for me.

I watched all of this and found it beautiful - I think trees and plants can conduct this earth energy - I've always loved being out in the countryside. Must try lying down in the earth sometime :-)
