Looks like an 'all of the above' scenario to me.

Almost definite drug abuse which likely brought on the delusions of grandeur (though I wouldn't rule out possession), and likely acerbated by HAARP and other non-localized mind control/effect techniques.

The controllers may not have had a conference that ended with "... And then we'll finally have psychotic idiots going apes hit over nuggets that we've always wanted!", but that doesn't change that every aspect of the equation was in a short or long-term sense potentiated by their decisions.

I'm not trying to rationalize that lady's own decisions and choices, but she will suffer the consequences of her decisions.

All I know from the ones I have met in person is their sense of separateness and exclusiveness.
Amongst them there is also lots of competitiveness, gossip, oneupmanship,
but their view of the great unwashed is one of fear, based on what they always call "sheer numbers" ....
That sense of being outnumbered is something they all share.

You know, lots of people have anger problems these days. I think part of the problem is the chemtrails. Heavy metal poisoning is well known to cause anger symptoms (among others). And all the other pollutants aren't helping either. Toxic bodies can cause toxic behavior.

This is funny; who steals rhubarb? it's cheap as hell and grows like a weed -- once you plant it or throw seeds, you can't get rid of the stuff.

If that crazy lady talked to me like that I would have suddenly a very strong urge to water my rhubarb along the fence with the hose on full power ... hehe, ;) It's not assault, just gardening ;)
