After noticing slight changes in the look and along with a viewer comment led me to hypothesize that there are similarities with the larger morphing configurations captured over Oregon.

neat after posting the clip here happened to catch a smaller object tailing the first one in night vision, wish it was seen while filming I would have kept that portion of NV running....

Might be worth checking http://www.heavens-above.com - it could have been the International Space Station.
Apparently the ISS can appear as more than just a very bright, slowly-moving star - it can have some shape when at orbital perigee.
It may have been another satellite, or of course something else completely, but you need to eliminate the most likely first.

Thanks Nick I do use that website and seen the ISS many times. There no visible passes at that time period. Also the dual illumination at the end.
