There is another short clip of a concerned mom addressing her local school board. She presents a relatively simply math problem to them and they all understand how to complete the problem in 2 to 4 steps. Ok..... The shocker is how Common Core Principles "teach" the children how to solve the same math problem in EIGHTY steps. 80!

I remember just a few short years ago my girls were struggling with a 6th grade math course. My wife and I attempted to help them but were dumbstruck at how the book proposed the students find solutions. It was so bizarre and totally unrelated to how simply we were taught in school.

There is irrefutable and incontrovertible proof that they are purposefully turning children into brain dead, compliant factory workers. One Republican Senator was quoted as saying, 'we don't need critical thinkers'. Can't have these young kids questioning socialist authority, now can we?
