From Patrick in Taiwan who was inspired by the QEG and FTW team.
"Aloha, dear FTW family and all friends and partners of active QEG CICU groups:
Today, I want to announce a very important and also wonderful update from Taiwanese QEG CICU. Our lead engineer, Mr. Li, has successfully built a mechanical overunity device prototype which has near 400% efficiency in REAL POWER: the input for drive motor is 3.7kw and the output is 15kw. This prototype can generate AC 220V in three phase and AC 127V in single phase, the current is about 58amp."

BIG flag in a statement that it is not a self running machine... that it can 'load' a large heating element while hooked to the grid. (at supposedly a lesser level)..
but cannot sustain itself.... hmmmm... anyone smell a rat here.?...
maybe just a 'converter' to some sort of different power frequency...a transformer is a simple converter... ie ...low voltage , high amps...pulsed in a sine wave in upverting transformer (more turns on load side)...you get higher voltage...
I say lets talk WATTS.. which is a measure of work capability on both input and output... that would tell what is actually being produced.

Perhaps there is a bit of English translation in not sounding right.
