Who did it, is right in front of you and I. Who did it, is the one that "knew to turn the camera" in that area at that particular time. What type of cameral was used, who's camera and under who's orders were these video footage sent by? Too coincidental to me, for it to be the rebels, caught during battle all of a sudden filming a "major act of war" for proof of what? Proof to believe yet another facade of lies for power? Really? In this day and age? Where they rely on the very people they hate, to carry it out? Oh no...there are just too many patriots/humans/heroes/Sheroes, that will never allow it. Just look at Assange, Manning and a multitude of others, putting their lives and careers on the line to get it stopped by, for and OF the people/humans of the world. In every nation, they are waking up. In every nation there is a eogtistical greedy lazy maladjusted person, that "relies" on someone to do their cleaning, cooking, picking up, driving.
