Another way is to fully and completely get into understanding what "To Bless" means, and then "Bless them" completely.

The question is, are you requesting such because they "can not stand it"? If so, it won't be compassion you're feeling/visualizing/projecting...not really.

The intent should always be to help, never to harm. Otherwise, the distinction between an entity's "positivity" or "negativity" becomes a whole lot blurrier, and certainly more relative and less objective.

Very good point. It seems subtle but intent is everything. We are not to project compassion, or blessings, to the lower vibrational to harm them, but to lift their vibrations. Also, this shouldn't be a campaign to beat the "enemy" but rather, keep the attitudes of appreciation, gratitude and praise in all our own thoughts, regarding all our own endeavours, and towards all beings we have the opportunity to meet and/or imagine. Anything less is a disservice to self, and to the whole. Without this, the line of who is lower vibrational than who, and which action is actually positive for the whole, remains in the blurred line area. Without it, it's just another war.

Thank You Freed Fox.... You are right... I pointed that they can not stand it as a consecuence of the intention not as the intention itself. Not looking for harm. Don,t think compasion could ever harm anyone.
I am just loosing any fear in comunicating what i think it could help everybody.
