View Full Version : No entry into Brazil?

Not sure if this is my overactive imagination, or whether something is happening.

My husband and his colleague were scheduled to depart Lexington at 3:30 pm yesterday for a flight to Atlanta and then on to Sao Paolo Brazil. The flight from Lexington was delayed by four hours due to weather (only normal summer showers). The flight from Atlanta to Brazil was to depart at 10 p, and was "delayed" until 1:30 a, due to a "pilot shortage". At 1:30 a, the flight was deferred until 8:30 a, at which point it was canceled.

They are now booked on a flight to Charlotte, NC, to Miami and then Miami onto Sao Paolo arriving at 9 am on Monday morning. They are now hearing that their flight to Charlotte might be canceled and there are no flights available back to Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati or Dayton Ohio.

Additionally, all Atlanta hotels are at 100% capacity and there are no rental cars available. I've been on the phone all morning with Delta trying to find solutions. Nothing is available.

Now get this - the company's private jet that they share with Toyota? Not available. Normally, my husband and his boss don't rank at the CEO level of use of the jet. They are claiming that the jet is in use in South America and cannot get clearance to depart.

Between Ebola being US ground zero in Atlanta and no one being able to seemingly enter or leave Brazil, I am a little alarmed.

Anyone on the ground in Atlanta or Brazil that can give me some insight?

Not sure if this is relevant, but my husband is a green card holding British citizen and his boss is a green card holding Canadian citizen.

Looks like I might be driving to Atlanta tonight.

Any information appreciated! Thank you!

I can sum it up in one word... BRICS...

Of course! Their company needs to dump Brazil or relocate there, shiney shoes in tow (long story). Ironically, they were going there to award raises, bonuses, and provide support. Of course, the US started this nightmare as usual.

It's easy to get to San Jose, Costa Rica, via Miami, or Houston, or Dallas,
and from there it's about $1200 roundtrip to Brazil. There are airport hotels for overnight stays.

The Ebola scare itself is being orchestrated, so absolutely yes, that goes without saying... hah!

Well... they are on a flight to Brazil. Finally. Should be interesting to hear what's on the ground there.

Thanks much for the input!

No doubt it is orchestrated, but orchestration doesn't stop the affect on real people's lives. Whether the virus occurred naturally or whether it is bio-terrorism, if it is released, people die. If it is made up completely, then it is a test run for the real release.

with all the whoopla about illegal immigrants coming from South America , it doesn't surprise me ... they are definitely up to something , with false flags on the horizon on every front , immigration , Ebola , Ukraine , ISIS , now Iraq again ... put your seatbelts on ... yellow alert , shields up , return to your stations , all hands ... keep an eye out for those Klingons we have entered the neutral zone ...

It is unlikely that any of the immigrants coming into the US are from Brazil. Mostly Central America. My husband and his boss however, have been assigned body guards for their stay to avert kidnapping. Its a pity. Western corporations creating the illusion of wealth that flies in the face of the poverty of the barrios. The reality that my husband and his boss are also slaves to the system and are being employed as pawns on behalf of the "king". Neither my husband or his boss make the insane salaries of the boardroom. Not even close. But to a starving Brazilian family, living in a 100 square foot lean to, they are the 1%. In fact, in comparison to the majority of he world, all of us here are the 1%. Well, maybe 2%.

edit to add: And you should see the hotel in which they are staying. Looks like something out of Hunger Games... Indoor/outdoor pool so luxurious, glam rooms; absolute paradise. Three miles away? Tin shacks and no running water.

AriG - it's called 'charge differential'.

In order for a current (money in this case) to flow, there needs to be a charge 'gradient'.

Poverty is REQUIRED by the system... that's why I maintain we have to wake up AND WALK AWAY! We have to end up creating an even playing field where the differential has been 'discharged' before anything will turn around. This can be done consciously (carefully controlled and slowly) or unconsciously - explosively, reactively.

As long as we are all comfortable in and benefitting from the 'system', it will continue. The western lifestyle, in its present form *requires* this differential. This cannot be stressed enough!

It's a terrible catch-22 to find ourselves in - our way of life requires us to give up our way of life, while living our way of life... it takes courage and lots of saved resources to set up a life outside of the current paradigm. And it is unbelievably risky while one transitions. Just overcoming the challenge to gain access to a piece of land on which to begin is almost impossible for most. My experience is that it is possible but this can only be done if we set our focus - unbendingly and single-pointedly: on getting out, finding free access to land and establishing a way of life that reconnects us to the Natural Matrix. We have to want this so intensely! The focussed desire must be so strong that we want it more than Life itself! Until then - the established game will play out, as it is!

From what I see happening in the world it is going to need a complete system breakdown before people in general will refocus their creative potential. A strong enough EMP to knock out the major part of the global electrical grids might be just the ticket. Earth narrowly missed such a global reset in 2012. The solar system wide environmental changes that are underway are creating the conditions for a reset - time will tell if we are to be delivered or destroyed by such. My feeling is that the further away from big population centres one is and the more one has the capability to provide for oneself, the more likely it is that you may survive the 'fall' back to sanity and a natural, reconnected way of living on this planet.

What does "BRICS" mean?

The letters stand for Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. These countries have formed a pact recently to use each others' respective currencies for payment of goods traded, rather than the US dollar.

Now this is interesting... they have finally arrived at their "luxury" hotel. It is NOTHING like the photos on the web (not that misrepresentation is all that unusual). To quote him " its not as bad as the Marlboro Arms"( a hotel in Woodstock England) but its not any better than a Motel 6. But what is incredibly strange? He has had five individuals knock on his door to do "surveys" in his first hour upon arrival. Unheard of. He keeps sending them away telling them that he hasn't slept in three days, but they keep coming back. Each time a different person. And each person is dressed in full business attire and very attractive, speaking perfect English. On his floor? Two MIBs standing at each end of the hallway. Same on his boss' floor. Absolutely no one in the lobby. Restaurant empty. People from their company insisted upon joining them for lunch. Of the six senior people who came, only one was Brazilian. The other five were from: Russia, China, Mexico, Germany and Switzerland. Not at all what he was expecting. All of these people are technically, ranked below my husband and his boss, yet they acted as though they were Senior to them. Even insisted upon paying the check,, which is in opposition to company policy (senior person expenses everything). They are calling to confirm their credentials now. This is a multi-layered international technology company. The lunch guests didn't want to "talk shop".. they wanted to hear about Corporate office and the US. Something is not quite right here.
