Wisdom council

I have been assisting a friend of mine who's developing the idea of a type of wisdom council to discuss and address some of the major issues facing us all. It's early days so the agenda below is likely to change. Updates will be posed here as we go along.

The Wisdom Council of 12 person's is being elected, and I would describe how they might be selected and elected.
But before that, I want to discuss the Agenda that I would see them tackling:

AGENDA OF SIX KEY ITEMS to be the focus of the Wisdom Council:

1. To officially Disclose the presence of extraterrestrials on our planet
2. To offer to engage ET's and begin the renegotiation of trade and peace treaties with ET's
3. To investigate transparently the true governance and hidden power structures on our planet (ie the cabal)
4. To stop human aggression on the planet, by dismantling the political and financial incentives for warfare
5. To identify ways of returning power to local communities, and making elections free from globalist influences
6. To restore "The Commons", and dismantle usury, and rent-seeking behavior and incentives

The World Council would be elected in two stages.

Phase-1 : Identification of 30 candidates
Phase-2 : Election, via the internet of 12 Selectors from the 30
Phase-3 : Selectors

The list of candidates is not open to the following:

+ members of secret societies
+ lawyers, bankers (unless they have been inactive in those professions for over one decade)
+ professional politicians, ie people who have spent four or more years in elective offices
+ supporters of international Zionism

If you want a real grassroots movement you would have to have the first sets of elections in every municipality of the planet. The councils elected ( secret ballot, no campaigning) would then elect national councils.
Those members can then elect the international body.

Anything else is like building a house by trying to float the roof in the air.
First the foundations, then the walls, and finally the roof.

This is what the Baha'is have been busy doing for more than one hundred years.
Preparing a democratic world parliament with fair elections...there is no short cut.

By the way, Baha'is are forbidden membership in secret societies, and also are not allowed to participate in party politics.

So Zen is onto something with his idea, however, he seems to be a bit over-idealistic about how the masses would respond.

I have been proposing these same ideas since 1983 and even in the third world, to thousands of people. Less than 0.01% want to wake up. They want their immediate needs met...medicine for their sick grandparents, clothes and food for their children....

The cabal want movements like the one Zen is proposing to spring up, this much I have figured out over the years. The leaders want an awakening to happen world wide. Hand-outs unfortunately put most people into deeper sleep. Not all, but most.
Once they get more money they will buy more booze.

It seems unthinkable to me that the current authorities would accept any other authority above them. It is like asking a banker to give up all his money.

Furthermore, I would never support elections via the internet because it is easily tampered with.

I recommend Ourtime.org. It's our generation of skilled and career people like nurses and other scientist and researchers, economist like Krugman that will kick this country into high gear of prosperity. The old fuddy duddies of greed, are not immortal.

First Contact with extraterrestrials is not a frivolous topic, it is a subject every thinking man and woman on the planet should consider. When the task of communicating with intelligent life finally arises we need to have a clear plan in place. First and foremost, who should speak on behalf of planet earth?


Council of Elders
This would be an international non-government collection of public and non public figures, they would consist of elder statesmen that are at least 60+ years of age. Race, gender, religious affiliation and political ideology should not play any role in the selection process. They would be retired doctors, philosophers, charity workers, astronomers, scientist, farmers, astrophysicist, biologist, zoologist in essence people that would not have a financial or political stake in any outcome. The number of people that would sit in this council is certainly open for debate but probably six to ten in total. The only prerequisite is that they would be honest people that use critical thought before communicating and making decisions.

They would have conducted their lives with family first and work second. It would be necessary that they have a realistic positive outlook on life and on the human race. They would not be fatalist that believe mankind is doomed through global warming, political action or any other missteps in behavior. They would believe and understand that mankind has a significant role to play in the greater universe and strongly believe in the goodness of mankind.

They would use their collective experience and wisdom to demand transparency in all talks and at the same time request affirmation of peaceful negotiations while keeping an open mind. They would search for an environment that would assure a peaceful coexistence for all the parties involved.

This councils overriding desire would be to leave humanity better off than when they arrived. They would possess the ability to awaken the people of earth to the new reality that they are facing.


Communication With the People of Earth

The mainstream media has proven itself to be an ineffective, dishonest communication tool with a political agenda. It has become so ingrained in today's media to sensationalize the news, omit pertinent facts and put a negative slant on every story that it would be best to remove them from the process altogether. No compromises and no exceptions.

The Council of Elders would collectively communication relevant and important substance of their discussions with the visitors. They would communicate with whatever media source(s) could reach the largest number of people at any one time.

The Council of Elders would understand the following

They would not want or expect salvation from the visitors
First Contact is not a religious event
They would not feel hopeless or submissive to what we all assume is superior race
Advance technology does not mean advanced ethics, morality or spirituality
They would not assume first contact is a mysterious event, it is explainable and comprehensible
They would not expect ET's technology to save mankind
Just because the visitors have not attacked, that does not make their motive are pure.
Understand that no beings in the universe (no matter how technologically advanced) have a claim to earth, its resources or people
