I am not an expert or a doctor. But I have had experience with depression and healing myself. I talk about all the things I did to pull out of the doldrums. This video is specifically geared toward people who are "awake."

Standard psychology would not even enter this paradigm, so it will only make sense to people who have already popped out of the matrix. I hope it helps a few people along the way. Much love.

Totally Do-Able...

I gave up TV when I was 21, I am over 65.....made an orgone generator 10 years ago, it's still up and working.....I meditate in my own way, and utilize tools for positive thinking... I am my own doctor.....I stay connected to friends and family, they are my life-line.....I still eat ice-cream, sans the judgement......not quite organic, but I bless my food and thank Mother Earth every day for ALL that I have. I am still here ! and my love and compassion for humanity knows no bounds. Thank you for posting this video.

Depression is a negative emotional phenomena and is related to energy drain of the solar plexus centre.
This common dis-ease has a number of causes but in every case...without exception...it stems from a lack of knowledge of the reality of life. In other words...we become depressed because we are unaware of the truth of the matter we are depressed about.

Now this may sound very flippant to those experiencing this condition, but sometimes the truth...although hard to accept... can be a light in the tunnel.

Of course, then, also, most of these people will claim: “I do not know why I am depressed” and there are those who don't even know they are depressed, so off they go to the good doctor...who knows little about this condition...and soon they are in the grips of some dreaded pill or concoction for the rest of their lives...spaced out by some drug.

More than often those suffering from this condition are advanced humans...and so we should not think that it only applies to a particular section of the humans in this planet.

Many people are quite advanced...but they are unaware of this fact because they have either been well and truly indoctrinated by an ignorant society and upbringing since birth...or...they have accepted some belief, dished out very deliberately by the dark forces in the form of the many works of fiction around...and this false belief has been accepted as truth when in fact it is no where near truth. They are quite literally living a lie...and they are unaware of it.

This results in an inner struggle...the inner Self, the real monad, the real you...is fighting with the outer personality...the ego...which we have become, because of the illusive and fictitious nature of our thinking and belief...someone is knocking at our door...time to open it?

This results in a major energy drain from within...it is not an externally created dis-ease...it can be quite serious and many people have died because of it. I am also reminded of the people who died of a broken heart because the love of their life left them for no apparent reason...according to them...but in reality they died because they could not accept the truth of their own wrong thinking and belief.

I do not want to hog this thread so let me just quickly give out the energy flow for this condition in a paragraph...inadequate as it will be.

The solar plexus centre becomes tense because of the inner conflict...the heart centre follows soon after because of a perceived lack of love and this shuts down the consciousness of the ajna centre between the eyes and we are literally unable to express the very condition which we find ourselves in...throat centre...we become blind to truth and help is difficult to administer because we just do not want to know the truth...because often the truth is 180 degrees from our current belief which we so desperately are hanging on to.

The key to this dreaded dis-ease is inner reflection of our belief system...but more than often we do not have the knowledge base from which we can use logic and common sense to come to terms with our inner conflict. A life can become unproductive and suffering can be intense.

We need to stand by these brothers and sisters with love and understanding that what they are going through could very well be the turning point of their long and many incarnations...we need to realise the unity of all and the brotherhood of the human race we are a part of...only together can we attain paradise in this planet...and only knowledge allows us to realise truth when it comes our way.
