Shawn Thornton developed pineal gland cancer while he was attending art school. (Don’t be sad, he got better.) While he had cancer, he created a series of paintings that will just take your breath away. As his cancer progressed, his art became more and more complex and beautiful.
Some people believe that the pineal gland is the seat of consciousness and is tied to mysticism, spirituality and DMT. Some say Thornton’s paintings look a bit like DMT trips. Check out his work below:

That's great, thanks for sharing. I've never heard of cancer there before... !

looks just about 'right' to me.

Translation to human terms is difficult at best and misses the core. Like the matrix, it cannot be shared, it must be seen for one's self.

I see connections beyond connections.
Was it really cancer he had, or something else they truly did not understand.

Looks as if his DMT levels have jumped up a few notches, which would be the equivalent to a massive hallucination, or another way to percieve this... he has penetrated the veil perhaps? That makes one ponder about his perception abilities at this moment in his reality of things.

Quite interesting...

Nice interesting work, he shares similar themes to myself, I see he is doing a kickstarter, that is only going to be up for a while, worth checking out.
