The public advocacy law firm Judicial Watch, which prosecutes government abuse and corruption, rejoiced at the news of Freeh’s May 2001 resignation.[3] Judicial Watch pointed to a “legacy of corruption” at the FBI under Freeh, listing the espionage scandal at Los Alamos National Laboratories, as well as “Filegate, Waco, the Ruby Ridge cover-up, the Olympic bombing frame-up of Richard Jewell, [and] falsification of evidence concerning the Oklahoma City bombing.”[4]

Judicial Watch said that Director Freeh believed he was above the law. The group went on to say that Freeh was “a man so corrupt he destroyed the office he led, and a man so cowardly he refuses to face the music for the illegalities he has allegedly committed.”[5] To this was added a claim that the FBI under Freeh was being directed by sinister yet unknown forces. “In case after case throughout the 1990’s, the FBI seems to have tailored its investigative efforts to fit somebody’s pre-arranged script. The question is, who wrote that script — and why?”

Another sign that the Sandusky case ran far deeper than the media would have us believe can be found in the curious story of Ray Frank Gricar, the longtime Pennsylvania State District Attorney who opted not to prosecute Sandusky back in 1998. On April 15, 2005, just months before his retirement, Gricar went missing and has not been heard from since. While his abandoned car was found, his keys, wallet, and other personal effects, including his laptop computer, went missing as well.

Gricar was declared legally dead on July 25, 2011, just a few months before the Sandusky case broke into the news. To make the Gricar case a little more bizarre, Roy Gricar, Ray's older brother, had gone missing under remarkably similar circumstances back in May 1996. The elder Gricar's body was recovered from a river and his death was ruled a suicide. Until shortly before his death, Roy Gricar had been working as a private contractor at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Probably the clearest sign that there is far more to the Sandusky case than has generally been reported was the assignment of former FBI Director Louis Freeh to oversee the investigation, which immediately brought to mind the assignment of former CIA Director William Colby to investigate the death of Franklin investigator Gary Carradosi ..."

It definitely looks like the FBI – at least – suspects a hit. They’ve placed him under armed guard at the hospital, undoubtedly concerned that someone really, really wants him dead.

On the other hand – and until further tests are done – the fact that there were no brake or skid marks also suggests Freeh could have had an ischemic stroke while driving. These tiny, momentary losses of consciousness often presage a major stroke and are usually ignored if you are sitting down reading a book or watching TV (“Where was I…?”) But they can be quite dangerous if you are driving. My dad had these – and crashed his car several times, luckily without major injury to himself or other cars. But my mother was frantic to get him to stop driving. He later had a biggie at age 69. Freeh is 64.

Freeh, 64, of Wilmington, was admitted under armed guard to the intensive care unit of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center following the 12:15 p.m crash Monday on Vermont 12 in Barnard.

The FBI put the armed protection in place due to Freeh's past work on terrorism while serving as director from 1993 to 2001, authorities said.

The special protection was established by the FBI in cooperation with New Hampshire State Police.

Addendum: Two more anomalies reported in this story:


Because of the nature of the single-vehicle crash, the state police accident reconstruction team was not called in, said Lt. William Jenkins, station commander at the Royalton barracks.

No investigation of the crash vehicle. Hmmmm.


An unidentified FBI agent, believed to be off-duty, happened to be among the first people at the crash scene, police said.

FBI or MI-5 people have a curious way of being “first on the scene” after a hit…. Hmmmm.

May be remorse had taken him and he was getting ready to Spill the bean. But in fact, i doubt this because a psychopath usually does not change into non psychopath with remorse (true remorse is one of the main caracteristic that makes one non psychopath)
