This really is disturbing....

Adam Heller, an English teacher at Fox Lane High School in Bedford, New York, has been fired for questioning the official narrative of the Sandy Hook shooting online – he is now suing.

Because Heller made comments that the government may have been behind the shooting, the Bedford school district fired him after a disciplinary hearing on charges that he suffered from “mental illness.”

The person Heller was chatting with online informed the FBI that Heller had received a rifle from a friend soon after the Sandy Hook shootings. Police then monitored him online and off. After Heller purchased a gun police questioned him at his home, which eventually led to his involuntary commitment.

Interestingly, the same week we also saw a Sandy Hook investigator die of unexplained causes.

I think this could be fake. They're really playing on the hear say. Lack of free speach in social networking (anywhere online), lose your job due to monitoring, anti guns, must be psychotic.

p.s. there is alot of this lose your job or get 'in trouble' for having an opinion online, nowadays

Makes me wonder how much of this is going on as it smells of a form of free speech censorship.

Anyone know of a web site that tracks these kind of stories? It would be informative on how this is trending and tips on how to respond to law enforcement and/ or legal advice before or if government comes knocking some day.... (I can't believe I am even mentioning this in a country where I always thought free speech was held in high regard)

As censorship potentially progresses, what isn't considered on the fringes of water cooler conversation today could become fringe conversation tomorrow.

Is it going to get to a point where the only things one can safely talk about is what the Kardashians are doing or singing sanctioned patriotic songs?

Can they commit people to mental institutions just based on their view of the world??? I thought you had to be a danger to yourself or other people, or something similar.

A form of profiling? Harassment?

Along similar lines.... Here in California AB 1014 allows any person to issue a gun ownership restraining order on another person. This restraining order allows the court to take your guns. "Turn in your neighbor bill" is an assault on the right to bear arms, freedom of speech and the proper laws on search and seizure.

The bill itself:

It appears the guys name is Adam Heller, an English teacher at Fox Lane High School.

This is just another example of fearful people trying to cover their own asses. I recently did a thread in which a junior high kid was expelled from school for writing he "shot his neighbors dinosaur" in a report.I imagine there is incredible paranoia in the US school districts. No one wants to be the one that didn't do their job and allowed another shooting, thus, the witch hunt for anyone who takes the tiniest step outside the box. Apparently, many people will 'self police' no matter ridiculous it is...go figure
