One time I was sitting and started to vibrate really fast. It built up at an overwhelming and almost scary intensity. I stopped it from going out my head as I was scared and stopped it. While I was vibrating the fastest and right before I was going to pop, I heard a voice say there are or is a UFO hovering right over my cabin. After the experience ended, maybe fifteen minutes later three black helicopters came hovering over and flying around my property.

Hi skyhaven,
Why do you ask?
Have you been through a kundalini experience? would you care to share?

Try the search engine if that fails ask a mod.
Best wishes

Well for some time now I have had a lot of subtle and more intense physical experiences which I can't quite pinpoint. Since the end of 2010 I've had this fuzzy feeling in my chest, this changes from an intense feeling to a more dormant feeling often. Next to that I feel a light pressure in my head and some a tingling sensation on the top of my head. When I meditate I have all sorts of muscle twitches, which is very strange. One time I experienced, while meditating, an intense electrical shock sensation at the back of my head. At times my throat would turn completely red, mostly in the late afternoon. And there's more of these physical experiences I can't quite pinpoint to anything that makes sense...

I think I've had kundalini symptoms every now then. Sometimes like last week my heart chakra was expanding and it was pulsating like crazy and I had a moment of bliss, some of the symptoms can be a bit scary if you don't understand what's going on. You might think you're going crazy, when you're not.

I have been told that more and more people have been experiencing kundalini rising as there are more energies available on Earth than ever before.

I have found that there are different understandings of what Kundalini is. I tend to veer away from a direct definition, but not for lack of trying...
With that said,, I have a lifetime of (what I call) energy body events, or energy body sensations. Vibrations, full body 'humm', pulsing, strobing,,, generally the strobing and pulsing are very powerful, and they are specific to an energy center,,, (chakra). I have waves of electric,, (almost fluid and warm) energy that will come and go. Many Many OBE's and astral events.
I had an event occur once, where it left me speechless and ruined. I thought that I had died,, it was NOT pleasant... It was an energetic event that seemed very physical to me. I was doing some light energy work when suddenly and violently,,, this (I imagined a giant cork skrew) went through my torso starting at my base center.. It twisted and went through my torso,, I could see stomach muscles and ribs contort as this thing went through my body. It was fast and painful, and left me numb. I just lay there, like a piece of meat on a skewer. Eventually, I felt something drooping over my face,,, It felt as if I had a cobra head on top of my head that was drooping down and up and down again... This was an intense energetic phenomenon. (I've never since, nor before experienced something quite this intense)
Other than that,, Much sleep paralysis, vibrations, and energetic pulses/waves. The energy body is real.
I have to admit that I don't know exactly what a Kundalini experience is,,, as I have heard that they come with great understanding and spiritual wisdom... The last two have not readily come.. ;) So I am still at a loss...
Have YOU had any energy body experiences, or Kundalini experiences??
Jake.

I spoke about an experience I had recently in another thread. I can't be sure it can be defined as kundalini, but it was definitely something. While it was related to my 'awakening' journey I think it's important to note it was not an awakening in itself.
When I had this experience I'd been devouring lectures via podcast for three days from a gnostic bishop. (your learning might be from different teachers/religions/information). So I'd spent a lot of recent days thinking and feeling about the truth of being. My kundalini? Experience felt like a cleansing.
I have no idea what it's purpose was. I also have a feeling that I really don't need to keep on experiencing similar events. It was not an I AM experience which id had years earlier. The I AM experience is something I have found easier to try to incorporate ( to a minor degree) into my every day life since then. But that might just be the result of my ongoing learning anyway.
The point of my post was to state that my kundalini? experience would be a false path.
Consider.
